What do you think about Vulkin becoming 8-C? There's also the Knight Knight calc too.

I guess that works. Even though you would have to be hit with the full bolt if lightning for 1 second to get to 8-C, anyone with higher ATK should do more damage than Vulkin's lightning anyway.

I agree with everything except the speed scaling increase. Those lightning bolts are extremely cartoonish and don't behave like real lightning at all. I am not sure if Toby intended for Volkan's lightning to move at the speed of real lightning and make everyone lightning-timers. That and it seems too different from Asriel's lightning and Asriel's lightning acts more like real lightning.

Flowey should get 9-B, possibly/likely/At most 9-A in his baseline Durability. Bro took a hit from Toriel, who has little reason to hold back but could've also just made her attack comparable to Flowey's own

Actually not. Now that I look at the Vulkin thing again it doesn't meet the requirement of hitting Frisk for a second or more, and besides 9-A seems more consistent anyway.

About the Vulkin thing, we know that at absolute least it hits Frisk for 1/30th of a second as Undertale is locked at 30 FPS.
Meaning that if we divide 1.6 billion Joules for 30 we get 53333333.3 Joules or 0.0127 Tons, aka still 9-A.
