Does that mean that there are different versions of Lucifer even though their was supposed to be only 'one' version of him in the multiverse?

I mean I could see it but what is the specific difference between parallel versions and multiversal paths? Different choices Lucifer makes mean different parallel verssions of him but do different possabiliites or paths mean?

I mean, she clearly says that there are multiple futures where creation survives, so I think she refers to different paths that could be taken. Also this scan proves that Lucifer can cease to exist.
