Im not sure on this one, and Im abstaining from a vote due to my bias against MHA until clear cut arguments are made for them that I can't ignore

That was his win con before because Deku only had Above Average IQ at the time now Deku is a genius fighter, so Joseph definitely won't outsmart him now

ehm not unfortunally this is Just the same, Joseph outsmart Deku and proceed to Hamon him,

ehm this are the intelligence section of those who Joseph Outsmarted:
Extraordinary Genius. Each Pillar Man possesses an exceptional capacity for intelligence and learning above that of any regular human, allowing them to grasp complex machinery and technology within seconds and learn modern languages nearly just as quickly. Wamuu himself is a fighting genius even among the Pillar Men, and he was able to outmatch and defeat Caesar, pulling off a victory even after he was badly injured by Caesar's Hamon. He was also able to keep up with Joseph's own rapid strategizing.

Extraordinary Genius (Each Pillar Man possesses an exceptional capacity for intelligence and learning above that of any regular human, allowing them to grasp complex machinery and technology within seconds and learn modern languages nearly just as quickly. This, combined with his willingness to do anything in order to win, is what makes Kars such a deadly opponent. When possible, rather than fight one-on-one, Kars relies on misdirection to trick and catch his opponents by surprise, and fights carefully, methodically, and observantly. Furthermore, Kars was one of the greatest minds of the already brilliant Pillar Men, creating the Stone Masks and using them on himself to unlock his true potential, and then proceeding to use his newfound abilities to slaughter the rest of his kind alongside Esidisi. After evolving to become the Ultimate Lifeform, Kars was able to instantly use the Hamon flawlessly despite having never done so before. His IQ is 400)

Esidisi is a highly intelligent combatant capable of deceiving and easily predicting the movements of his opponents. He is well-versed in the Art of War and used Joseph's favorite trick against him, outsmarting him on various occasions.

Joseph will absolutely outsmart him as always

He has no counter to deku flight and other haxes like danger sense and smokescreen.

He has no counter to deku flight
He has ONE counter.
Run the **** away and think up a plan or lure him somewhere he can't viably utilize his flight like indoors (like a parking garage or something would be optimal, lots of pillars to set up traps too).

Which is something he'd 100% do.
Potentially setting up Hamon wire traps or something, if Joseph picks up on the danger sense, which he might, he could set them up so they're layered (Kinda like he did against ACDC, or in a lesser degree Straizo), where Deku avoiding one due to his spidey sense will simply have him activate another, kinda like Dio Vs. HG but more methodically placed and less all over the ******* place.

Not to mention he was also able to outsmart and defeat Wamuu who was stated numerous times to be a fighting genius, and was able to repeatedly keep up with Joseph’s strategies

Joseph’s AP is 2.04 Tons of TNT, but can reach 6.5 Tons of TNT with Ultimate Hamon Overdrive

Deku’s AP is higher than 2.70 Tons of TNT, but can also increase his AP with Fa Jin
Joseph's AP is that he throttles dude's who are 2.04 tons (perhaps not a one shot, but he is above, 2.04 is for high end vampires), and his Ultimate Overdrive is two one shots above 3x himself, (As in, it could one shot a one shot that one shot a baseline High 8-C+ that is 3x above himself normally)

Can Joseph escape black whip if he gets grappled?

Perhaps if he amps himself with Hamon, as that's shown to briefly give him Class M LS even pre-training, but that LS CRT hasn't been put out yet (Joseph normally is just like Class 1, he only hits high shit like that if he actively amps Hamon).
Though, he could channel Hamon through it like Popted says, that might actually be a good thing if he gets grab? If he can do that, he might just let himself get grabbed.

Can you give me the whole Hamon attack quick summary again I forgot why it's super impressive...sorry guys been a few years since I've seen JoJo
It can do mind control, induce unconscious, hypnosis, induce seizures, or if pumped high enough, induce organ failure once it passes through the body.

in the profile says it has only superhuman, but yeah i always said that a lifting strengh crt for Joseph and other should be needed

Fight will take place in an island filled with giant trees and grass with lots of hills and river nearby.
Lots of trees
river
Hamon can be channeled through and even stored in planet matter and liquids (stored as in, the charge can be kept inside it, and then released at will at a later time)
Unironically better than an urban environment.

I mean, it is needed, there's one in the works for all Parts, a handful of upgrades, one or two downgrades (nothing major), and finally getting Part 4 dudes and such out of "unknown", but it's not quite done yet, need shit for Part 5, and the only LS feat that is really done is SF breaking Pesci's neck, which is only Class 1-5.
