Danger sense is triggered by hostility and bloodlust. It’s why he couldn’t avoid class 1-A despite their attempts to grab and sedate him, because they had no hostile wishes towards him

Well as implied above, danger sense works off hostility or bloodlust. Those two things are emotions. And guess What, inanimate objects don’t have the bloodlust or hostility or the ability to feel the will to hurt him. Danger sense won’t work because it’s not Joseph with the wish to harm him attacking him, it’s traps being set off by his own movements. He didn’t sense a bomb directly under his feet by All For One, he won’t be sensing traps
