Vegito and Gogeta do not count, they are seprarate beings made from a combination of Goku and Vegeta

Speed equalized, Stars speed is useless and Goku has precice vision anyway coupled with Skill, he outdoes Star


And lowering your ki for a surprise attack is a thing, that even Goku has done before
