Tiamat never fought Quetz or Ishtar, she just stood there and let a (heaviliy weakened, half-dead) Quetz use her NPs on her. And as i mentioned above, Tiamat surviving stuff should not be considered for scaling purposes. She literally cannot die as long as there's something alive on Earth, doesn't have a concept of death in the first place, and has resistance against all of Quetz's attacks.

I thought we just said that BB wouldn't be upgraded. I also looked at the profiles that have been edited, and we are not touching the Fate/Extra CCC stats. All that's being accounted for is the Fate/Grand Order upgrades.
