Haku is stated to be on the same level as Suzaku, who beat Human Form Selene and one-shot Natsu and Erza
And Wendy one-shot him, I’m not really a huge fan of how strong Wendy just got, but she just cliffed a lot of people right now

Really, I think she just got a better matchup plus Irene's assistance. If Wendy went up against Suzaku, Kirin or even Selene, she would be dead.

Nope, she’s just Low 6-B in Dragon Force, Haku blatantly isn’t trying to hurt her and holds back from doing serious damage, so her matching his punch isn’t valid for scaling her Base, she’s just far stronger than before in Base sadly, her Dragon Force just got way stronger
As for speed, I mean Wendy reacted to Light Speed Haku and matched his punch in speed, so she should basically be scaling slightly slower than Light Speed

Didn’t even match his punch since she got overpowered. He also purposefully tanked her roar last chapter without even trying to defend. Base Wendy would be somewhere in High 6-C for being able to survive some hits from a slightly serious Haku while her DF is the only thing to scale to Low 6-B, possibly just her Secret Art since it’s much stronger than her normal attacks as seen in the Sherria GMG fight and the Ezel fight.
