Stats and speed are equalized to one joule below 6-C and baseline FTL+

This does not apply to attacks with set speeds or tiers separate from the character, and will stay that tier until it is caught up to, at which point it simply becomes significantly stronger/faster than normal attacks

Stat and speed boosts are capped at 10,000x for now
 
I feel the continent literally shake every so slightly. That ever so slight pressure in my mind, the sense of billions of insane people, even from so far away, is suddenly gone.

Destiny made touchdown in...one of many blast zones. Currently she was in Paris, and was looking around in disappointment. "Okay, time to figure out what on earth happened, and then...kill whoever's Responsible. Yeah, that's about right..."

It was then that she also felt a big surge of power, which caused them to stumble back and put their hands on their head. Ow, ow. This whole thing is a headache...
 
Irre doesn't hear Will. It simply looks really really angry after seeing what happened.

Irre (Villain) and Kardas (the dragon) teleport to Eurasia.

They suddenly feel they've become a lot more powerful and have gained new abilities.

I see that it has become a wasteland and I know that a super must have been behind this.

"This is infuriating! How dare someone perfom such a villainous act when I'm making my debut! I'll kill them! Let's go Kardas!"

Kardas suddenly gains a large boost in power from being named and they begins flying through Eurasia to find out how this was done.

Meanwhile in South Africa it turns out that strangely enough not a single person was killed by Irre's (Villain) rampage.
 
Alexander is currently watching the news on a TV in a bar after leaving the Pizza place.

"So that place is now irradited, probably caused by some power user based off its strength. Guess thats where Bjorn went off to, probably best to stay away who knows what kinds of people that attracted. Still most of the strong power users would probably be attracted to there like Bjorn, so that leaves this place free for me to do what I wan't wihtout inteference."

Alexander activates Presence Concealment as he Teleports off elsewhere.

I feel a new power flowing in me, new knowledge of spells and abilities are infused into me.

"That ... looks like an explosion," I exclaim, extremely alarmed.

A vision suddenly strikes me, showing events that would soon take place.

I widen my eyes.

"Attention !!" I scream, to then teleport myself in an instant and create a barrier around the mountain and absorb the explosion through my Chi.

"That was...something." Somewhere near the coast of Florida, a new PC appeared. Poor sap was teleported in middle of class. What surprised him the most was the new power that flowed through him...it was...empowering. He decided to take a moment and process everything.

I try to call the Ari guy, but it seems his phone is out, so i call @Yobo

Alexander telelports into the White House and talks to people using his Charimsa + Incitement Mind Manipualtion to ask people for information about the wherebouts of the President or a person who would know his whereabouts, while at the same time installing loyalty for himself in them.
 
After calming himself, he decided that he would make the best of his powers. " As phase 1 of my plan..." he used his new summoning power and around 4 or 5 little Girros. Charley couldn't help but smile as they moved toward him. He loved aways loved reptiles so was amazing for him. "Now let's see if this works he would try to bestow them with his abilities.

I teleport myself back to the monastery, showing an extremely pissed-off look at my companions.

"I'm going to get Marta, then we'll all go looking for the bastard who caused all this ... and we'll kill him," I say, to then open a portal and enter Makai, where Marta is.
 
Alexander having reached a dead end for his search for the President in the White House is now teleporting all over America Mind Controlling and gaining the loyalty of anyone who would have knowledge of their whereabouts, at a certain point searching for the President becomes secondary to gaining the loyalty of anyone who holds power in America.

[Is this too much? Should I tone it down?]

Destiny sighed to herself as she looked at all this radiation, no doubt seeping into the dirt. Storm clouds and dust clouds rolled overhead and she let out a sigh. She pulled a staff out of seemingly nowhere and brought it to the sky. A giant beam of light suddenly shot out parting away the clouds in a twenty mile radius and moving away all the dust. Afterwards, she created a big ball to attempt to absorb some of the radiation in the area. This was going to take forever...

[My character has a plan for that of course, the distraction isn't going to last forever.]

Charley couldn't help but get a very bad feeling about America. He just didn't feel safe, then he remembered how aura works. After thinking about it he remembered he was constantly emitting radiation. Knowing that he would make basically everywhere he went almost impossible in live in he decided it was best to try and find the nearest spot that was already irradiated. Using his aura he would sense the radiation in Europe and started off in that direction along with his girros.
 
"Okay, so let us see. Can I breathe fire?" He said, before finally breathing out some fire from his mouth. "Woohoo!"
