Desired Power: Goblin Physiology, Lucy's vectors, Satou's fusionism, Developed Spells (Utility magic they've developed, includes flight, barriers, and the ability to create an area by spreading their magic, in which they are able to sense whatever is within it)


Charge Power:

Elysium is an ability which allows Izumi to deconstruct and seal targets (living things, objects, etc) within a cube made of energy. While within the cube the target has their abilities to recover and escape nullified and is effectively completely seated off from the outside, even down to their ability to perceive things. Conversely, things within the cubes can not be affected by things outside of it, and people can not see or sense inside of it. This ability requires some form of contact, although not necessarily physical (vectors, magic, etc), captured things can be released by Izumi at will.

Upgrade:

Izumi is now immune to the effects of being sealed in the cube. This means that if they seal themselves, they can exit at will, and use time within it to heal, strategize, sense their surroundings, etc, all while being safe from threats. They however, can still not attack from within the cube.

Set 3

Stats:
6-C, Relativistic (25% SoL), Class T Lifting Strength. Speed Amp Cap is the same. Long-Term Amp Cap is 8x. Regeneration Cap is Low-High.

Set Components: 1 Character, 2 Powers, 1 Charge Power (Or an upgrade to your current charge power)

Charge Powers: Everyone gains a charge, either replenishing or increasing their total to 5.

Standard Abilities: Limited Negation of Reactive Evoluton (It takes longer for those granted power to be evolved against, both offensively and defensively, and said evolution is more likely to leave gaps to exploit)

Standard Resistances: Corruption (Types 2 and 3, The PCs were not affected to a significant degree by the changes in reality, which were corrupting the goblins), Fusionism and Possession (The PCs cannot be fused with unless they allow it themselves, the same applies to possession, additionally, all such things are made temporary by their resistance, even if they were entirely consensual and would normally be permanent, though this only applies to other PCs and some enemies)

The hax cap is generally higher, though not by a vast amount.

Things that can kill from range are fine, but nothing that can just think people out of existence instantly from another planet, and things like that.

  • Continuing The Work: By progressing the formative ideas of The Work into the actual spell and theory itself, it's effects are exponentially increased. Not only is the range increased near hundred-fold, but both physical and magical laws are not subject to Amakros' will as a result of it. Furthermore, new laws of such make can simply be conjured from nothing and forced onto reality, gaining greater precedence than the previous laws of the land, which can itself be controlled easily. Greater understanding of the past and future are granted, reaching further and deeper into either than ever before. Of course, these changes do not persist after the ideas leave the mind of the user, as is the case before.
 

Set 1

Character: Playable Saber (Nero) (Migraine restricted)

Power 1: Weapon Creation. Zephyr possesses a powerful magic that allows him to manifest weapons from any surface or material, ranging from metal and clay to fire and blood to even the air around him. These weapons manifest nigh-instantly from his current environment, typically accompanied by an aura of red lightning as they manifest, and they can range from crude and simple to exceedingly elaborate. Once created, Zephyr has extremely precise and powerful control over them, able to form them into traps and mazes, imprison enemies within a slicing cage, and use them to defend himself from attacks by having weapons orbit him. Zephyr can create a large amount of these weapons, and one of his favorite strategies is simply to rain danmaku down onto his helpless foes. (In essence: Matter Manipulation/Elemental Manipulation, Weapon Creation, Telekinesis over his weapons, Danmaku)

Power 2: Archer Alter's Magecraft (Tracing and Unlimited Blade Works)

Charge: Maldicion - King of Demon Blades: Rather than the Muramasa of the original world, which was a katana, this one appears to have been reforged, melded with its brother Masamune, into an all-new weapon taking the form of an ornate longsword. It is a cursed existence born of confliction. While on its own, it can act as a normal (albeit tough) weapon, Its true power activates when Zephyr releases its name. When released, it allows Zephyr to "Sever" everything within his line of sight with a swing, cutting everything that he can see along an axis (For example, if he swung downwards, the building he was looking at would appear to have been cut in half by the blade, even if it was a fair distance away). This power can be blocked by magic resistance or sufficiently-high durability.


Set 2

Character: Berserker (Vlad III)

Power 1: Demon Physiology. As a demon, Zephyr gains several abilities. Like many monster races, his body is made of up a special type of cell similar in function to Stem cells, but unlike things like goblins, demons discard reactive evolution, instead opting to utilize curse-elemental energy in their cells. The true form of demon cells are an amorphous dark red mass appearing similar to something like grail mud, and this physiology grants Zephyr several abilities.
  • Immortality: Thanks to the unique nature of his body, Zephyr is functionally immortal, able to reform himself as long as he has demon cells within his body. He can transfer his "main consciousness" between cells, allowing him to tank what would otherwise be lethal wounds. (In essence: Regeneration (Mid, High-Mid if the cap ever increases), Immortality (Types 1, 2, and 3))
  • Absorption: Unlike goblins, demons don't have the advantage of reactive evolution. However, in its stead, their cells can act as a "magical acid" of sorts, breaking down matter, absorbing it into their body, and converting it into demon cells. This provides Zephyr more "biomass" to use for his shapeshifting and regeneration. (In essence: Melee-range Absorption that helps fuel other abilities., and Regeneration up to the cap via absorbtion)
  • Shapeshifting: Demons have incredibly potent shapeshifting abilities thanks to their control over their cells. They can sprout claws, horns, wings, weaponized tails, and extra limbs/organs, as well as form their cells into weaponry such as razor threads and blades. (In essence: Shapeshifting/Body Control that can grant Natural Weaponry, Flight, and Weapon Creation)
Power 2: Michael Roa Valdamjong's Magecraft

Charge: Blood Ocean - Oceanus: Zephyr's unique demon art. By expending all the blood that he has absorbed, Zephyr is capable of creating a colossal flood, capable of engulfing cities. This "blood ocean" is entirely under Zephyr's control, and he can manipulate its shape, speed, and trajectory as he pleases, as well as use his weapon creation to form it into deadly projectiles. In fact, Zephyr typically has the ocean infused with thousands of small blood blades made to cause wounds to anybody who touches the water, adding even more blood to the ocean's total mass. Upon ending the skill, Zephyr can leave the blood or absorb it all back, taking the form of a sort of tornado as it all swirls back into his body.


Set 3

Character: Lancer (Artoria Alter)

Power 1: Demon Lord. As the lord of all Demons, Zephyr enjoys a number of benefits that place him above that of the rest of Demonkind. Demons are automatically re-aligned to the same goals as he is, raising his Charisma to EX-Rank when dealing with demons. In addition, with a touch, he can corrupt and transmute others into becoming demons themselves, granting them standard demon physiology as well as a small facet of Zephyr's own power. Speaking of power, Zephyr can use his status to imbue his attacks with a small amount of godly power, which increases their strength and pierces defensive abilities (Barriers, and Resistance). However, this only applies to purely offensive attacks, rather than hax. (In essence: Mind Manipulation and Soul Manipulation on Demons, Corruption (Type 2 and 3; can turn people into demons), Power Bestowal upon corruption, Power Nullification (Of Barriers) and Resistance Negation)

Power 2: Bayonetta's Dark Arts

Charge: Oceanus MK. II: Now infused with some of Zephyr's Demon Lord Essence, Oceanus is capable of corrupting those it touches into demons, or absorbing them into Zephyr like his demon cells do. The duration and mass of blood that he can create is also significantly larger.

Power: Apophis’s Reality Splintering, Goku’s Powers

Charge: Heavy Duty Power: Additionally allows armor and weapons affected by the power to disrupt powers with a similar origin to itself in addition to magic and makes Transposition entirely automatic

Character: Anos with demonic eyes of ruin, Venuzdonoa, death manip on magic sensing restricted, and time travel not allowing me to physically move through time.

Powers: Book of Air, Aqua Mirror

Charge Power Upgrade: Elysium can seal more than one person as long as some form of contact is made with all of the targeted individuals, in addition, Izumi can now bypass the separation from the outside that the cube gives, allowing her to attack from the inside out, or attack from the outside in
 
Character: Kazuma Kiryu

Powers: Devilman's fusion/possession/absorption and Boosted Gear

Charge Power upgrade: Now Hyper Form is stronger, faster and more durable, in addition to giving some new abilities and upgrading its cloning to 5 at a time

Soul Void - This ability allows Dura to concentrate the power of the Hyper Form into an energy sphere. If it enters in contact with an oppoment, it will consume their soul and send it into a void of nothingness, one of which they cannot recover from in any way shape or form.

Hyper Give - Dura is able to grant people the powers of Set 2 Hyper Form to people for 2 actions. However he cannot give it to more than one person at a time

Darkness Hole - Dura is able to use the Hyper Form's power to create a pseudo black hole which will suck in objects and projectiles. This will store them in Dura's hammerspace for him to use at any time.

Yeah but I suck at choosing offical powers and can't make balanced and useful powers also am I allowed to use shapeshifting to transform into inators.
 
The True Cellf:
Hope’s individual cells are now each “himself”. Each cell can be considered a separate living being. simultaneously capable of independent thought and action as an individual “Hope” and part of the collective mind and entity known as “Hope”. Each cell developed organelles that allow it to perform several normal bodily functions, such as locomotion, thought, and the senses, and is capable of functioning as any type of cell. The cells individually possess Hope’s intelligence, allowing for the collective to have vastly improved information processing ability. In addition, Hope no longer possesses other aspects of “the self” outside of the purely biological, such as the soul, abstract mind, essence, and life force.

Panacea:
A special organelle within Hope’s cells allows them to act as a potent medicine should the cell choose to activate it. Developed from observing the adaptation of the goblins, the organelle is capable of analyzing the information structure of an object to determine their “current state”, “optimal state” (for sentient beings this is the best condition they could reach at perfect health without external influence, for things that aren’t sentient this is determined by the state they’ve possessed that is least detrimental to life) and what they need to do to achieve that. It can then absorb information that doesn’t align with that optimal state, removing any negative effects applied to them, or positive effects from an external source. The absorbed information is reconfigured to restore damage to abstract parts of the object, such as their soul or mind, while the excess is simply ejected outside of space-time.

Cellular Alteration:
Hope’s cells can alter their subatomic structure to turn into other materials, dying in the process. These materials have the four fundamental interactions amplified when interacting with other materials that were originally Hope’s cells, making them more durable than normal.

The scalpel can now be teleported between Hope’s cells.

charge power: CRISIS: He can generate a black hole that will swallow the target and spread up to 20 meters, then the black hole will implode
 
I came up with two powers.

Hibernation when they really want sleep they choose how long to sleep and start sleeping in this state they can't be woken up with by anything less than the use of a charge power or move and cause and effect will alter to prevent her death when in this state unless it is a charge power then they are probably screwed.

Song of the tired(last 5 mins.) they use their Broadway force to sing a song revealing how they are affected by sleep deprivation this gives them a 12x(Awaking their theoretical full potential the max permanent 8x and their own 1.5x) in durability and striking strength and tailors itself to the listeners minds to influence their choices, this power causes Sam to bloodlust, Sam will be forced into this state if they don't go to sleep for over a week they are aware of the power but don't remember what they do when it is actived.

a power that allows me to pierce immortalities, invulnerabilities, physical resistances, and regeneration past even resistance to their negation.

a power that lets me combine the potency and abilities of different spells and powers I already have, as well as imbue more energy into my resistances/attacks to strengthen their potency heavily

a power to resist my magic being dispelled, copied, nulled, or destroyed. This includes anything about me, frankly. This additionally shields the internal body from being absorbed, broken, or transmutated.

a power that gives me a resistance to negation and resistance negation of specifically my regen and immortality.

charge: null any one attack (upgraded twice, very strong)

AP: Baseline High 6-B. Long-Term amps can get you up to the cap of 6-B, and Short-Term amps can get you to the cap of 6-A

Speed: Speed of Light with Massively FTL (100c) Travel Speed

Speed Amp Cap is x10 (That allso applies to Travel Speed)

Standard Powers: Acausality (Type 4), Resistance to Death Manipulation

Set: 1 Character, 2 Powers, 1 Charge or 1 Upgrade. +1 Charge Uses

Regen cap is High-Mid. However, more conditional regen (That requires prep time, Specific abilities like Res magic, or takes a long time WITHOUT BEING BYPASSABLE) can go up to Low-Godly
 
Character: Scion (First Key, path to victory very very very much so restricted)

Extra Powers: Gun amp pack from Persona 5 Royal (Apparently, Null/Drain whatnot of gun doesn't exist, so I don't have to discount any of those. Weird.), Nanashi's Awakened Power, to replace Light Pierce from the earlier set since it's useless now, Dark skill pack, also from Persona 5 Royal and also discounting repel and Mudo boost

Charge Power: False Recton can now inflict major statuses, such as completely shutting off one of the enemies' powers for a short amount of time (3 turns, maybe?)

Custom Power: Wave Requiem. The improved version of Dura's stand, Wave. This allows her to be able to use its abilities without summoning it. Not only that but it allows Dura to turn people, objects and.... almost anything onto different states of matter, even molecule by molecule or all at once. However, she can only conduct the movements of liquids, but not solid, gasses nor plasma. This can also allow her to turn herself onto liquid, and hell, if she has enough liquids nearby, she can regenerate from almost anything lethal.

Power: Dragon Shiryu's Bronze Cloth + Cosmos(Miracles obviously restricted + atomization restricted)

Charge Upgrade: Sense Removal, via using the power of the Hyper Form, Dura can form an aura that if stared at, it would remove one's senses all together. Not only that but it can also affect people in oother dimensions if they so happened to look at where Dura is standing. This removal of senses lasts for 2 turns.
