This is not an aspiration, this is last minute powerup nonsense for the sake of raw hype.

And, becoming the villain requires an uphill battle of work. I could even argue giving you this OP stuff is a handicap more than anything.

Charge Powers: Everyone gains a charge (Either raising your number to 4 or replenishing one you've used). All charge powers use the same "stock" of charges.

Standard Abilities: Flight, Acausality (Type 1)

Standard Resistances: Time Stop (PCs are capable of functioning within areas where time is stopped. However, this does not extend to their attacks. Feel free to do crazy Homura Akemi shit), Age Manipulation, Transmutation (The effects of abilities such as petrification and crystallization are massively slowed, allowing PCs to take measures to mitigate them), BFR (Ichika has anchored them to the local universe that her test takes place in)

Character: Goro Akechi with no instant kills, including Despair and Hama/Mudo

Extra powers: Haru Okumura's gardening skills, Nanashi's light pierce (Technically, Nanashi can get Light Pierce from Cleopatra... It's just, completely useless in game since Awakened power allows him to pierce with all of his skills and he doesn't even need to fuse a high level demon to do it. And I only want pierce for my truly powerful attack in the form of Giga Holy Ark. You know, keep it classy. For reference, this only serves to bypass Resistances, Absorption and Reflection, if you're just all around super durable, this won't do much)

Charge Power upgrade: False Retcon can apply to enemies, reverting their state to a more advantageous one. For example, if they managed to heal themselves or transform out of nearly being killed, Nil can just revert them to how they were before. When used on himself, Nil's position shifts to something more favorable as well.

Extra Powers:
  • Omnia's Gift: Demetrius now has the power to transfer whatever essence he has "partaken with" via touch, allowing him to selective transform anything he touches into whatever substance, element or material he has absorbed. (Ex: If Demetrius is made of water, he can turn anything he touches into water) Larger objects and surfaces take more time to convert in this manner, with especially large ones (Ex: the ground, a skyscraper) requiring the change to "spread" across them like an infection.
    • However, if Demetrius has not absorbed anything, then this power takes a different form; at his will, his touch can impart within a being, object or surface the essence of his own natural body, turning it into a "template" which can be shaped to his will. Should he deem them worthy upon doing this, any living beings imparted with this "template" energy will gain a vast and complete control over their forms, allowing them to shapeshift on their own. Should he deem them unworthy, their essences will be broken down, killing them and leaving their bodies as empty husks for him to control.
  • Nihil's Observation: With this, Demetrius gains a sixth sense that spreads out and taps into the layers of the world around him, granting him an awareness of the surrounding landscape and all that stands upon its surface. Stretching across hundreds of kilometers, this layered sense shows him the nature and location of everything within its reach, and allows him to see past illusions, projections and other veils that would obscure lesser senses. However, its effectiveness declines in proportion to distance; the further out a person, place or thing is, the less effective Nihil's Observation is in determining their exact location and nature.
Charge Power Upgrade: Wrath of the Earth now summons 50 elementals in total. In addition to this, all elementals summoned with this power are now linked to Demetrius himself, allowing him to perceive whatever they can perceive and even assume control of elementals one at a time.

Celebral Metamorphosis: The theory of evolution taken to it's logical conclusion, Nameless's brain can passively absorb information around him at a superhuman level, causing quick mental evolution. This allows him not only to quickly develop his strategies and increase his intelligence, but also gives him a accute understanding of his surroundings (at least dozens of kilometers initially), even letting him give a educated guess on the future. Not only that, it also gives him a far higher understanding and control over the powers he already has (For example, given enough time he can turn off his passives, extend the range of demon days past the 30 meter area, and even cause the area to be so dense with chaos that it becomes hard to breathe)

Eldritch Physiology: Shredding it's former shell, Nameless's true form is revealed. A abstract phenomena, a thought experiment, a possibility without certainty full of angles, degrees and directions beyond human form, disconected from the normal flow of cause and effect (covered by NPI don't worry ovo). Due to what his "body" is, every "particle" of his body is within his control, it's shape being within his full control. He can shape into any animal, object and anything else, as long as it is within his mental capabilities. Nameless can also "step" into higher dimensions, essencially dodging and phasing across the world by walking in directions unknown. He cannot do this freely however, as he can easily get lost within a directions he doesn't understand.

Unsee: As long as he isn't within the line of sight of anyone, he can teleport within any spot of the universe, causing a corrupting explosion of darkness as he leaves. The spot he arrives at also cannot have any people nearby.

Charge:

Psycho Blast: Gathering thoughts from every corner of the universe, Nameless denies the conventional laws of the universe. Releasing a ring shaped blast, the very geography of reality turns wrong. Directions don't lead to where they should and time seems to fly at random. As Nameless turns a section of the universe into a space-time maze, a tesseract that will eventually implode onto itself, killing those who can't leave it in time.

Extra Powers:
  • Hive-Mind Collectivism: The Power of the Colonel's blood or far more potent than anyone realised. Through the absorption of thousands, of millions of souls, the Colonel sought knowledge on himself and the world, and using those thousands of minds and souls was able to identify an dormant aspect of his very own blood. Through sharing his vampirism or through a normal person coming in contact with his blood, the Colonel expresses complete and absolute control over them and in term, shares their minds, thoughts and abilities, in certain cases, his control can be subtler and in others, they appear as nothing more than puppets of the Colonel.
  • Genetic Insanity: The Vampirism expressed by the Colonel is equally as unstable as he is. When someone is converted into Vampirism, they are able to potentially gain a random ability, as if the Vampirism itself changes and mutates, however, never straying too far from its origin to mutate into anything outside of the control of the Colonel.

Charge Power: And it all leads back to me!: Hitler's rise to power was through a magnificent failure in the economy and Government, and through the invocation of this power, the Colonel is able to spread misfortunate and strife upon a person or location of his choosing, not merely misfortune, but expressly fate itself goes against them.

While active in an area, Countries' governments fail at governing, the economy crashes, sieges fail, blackouts in power, famine and plague and even disasters occur, however, when cast on a person, that person finds that their powers fail at the worst possible moment, their friends and family turn their backs or even turn against them, machines break, magic fries, the world turns against them.

No, there's no Smurf stuff in Vampire, and even if there were, I'd just assume it came in line with AP standards anyway.
 
Powers:
  • Enhanced Alchemy:Amakros' current alchemy is, simply put, very weak compared to its peak in his old world. Due to Ichika's forceful removal of him from his world, many of his more important memories were separated from him, and by regaining them he can vastly empower his abilities. The primary memories recovered are about some of his major discoveries in alchemy and its applications, which, combined with his fusion with a desert spirit, increase his power exponentially. One of the major differenced between his previous alchemy and this is his control over density, allowing him to create an ember that burns hotter than the entirety of a forest fire or a puddle with surface tension so great that humans touching it are sucked in and crushed. The major increase in effective power given by this knowledge is the usage of more effecient techniques, causing less time to need to be taken to actually utilize it
    • Super-Elements: Elements or materials created through transmutation are, for lack of a better word, a better or more pure instance of the idea. This is difficult to explain without examples, such as fire formed via transmutation burning normal fire and things that cannot normally burn, or water formed via transmutation being able to drown fish and simply move through underwater breathing gear without issue. This also applies to more conventional elements, like Iron or Gold.
    • Enhanced Shadow Control:The most important change that Amakros' regained memories causes is to his mastery of shadows, specifically in relation to its density. Amakros is now able to create much denser shadows, which not only gain great physical mass, but are also not dissipated by pure light, even being able to snuff it out, and block most senses other than sight, including subconscious spatial and temporal awareness. Amakros can additionally integrate these dense shadows into himself to strengthen his body. These dense shadows often manifest as a semi-solid, retaining its general size but moving like a liquid. In fact, these dense shadows, going beyond simply being immune to light, are emboldened by it, gaining more definite and durable form and dimensions from it.
      • Deepflame Rapture: By applying his improved control over density to his Deepflames, Amakros can vastly amplify their lethality. The most obvious change is its ability to ignite shadows that are simply near it, rather than those that touch it. The process is not instant, but incredibly painful as the following process happens in effective slow-motion. When these Deepflames consume a shadow, rather than simply being damaged, the object that casts the shadow is violently shattered into charred pieces.
  • Doppelganger: By regaining his memories, his connection to an artificial being is restored. A Doppelganger is a construct, possessing an armored humanoid shape but with a snake-like head and a tail that resembles braided hair with a scorpion-like stinger, of negative spiritual energy, essentially an anti-soul. The process of creating one still eludes Amakros' memory, but it's similar to creating anti-matter through matter, and is thus incredibly immoral and cruel. Strangely, the Doppelganger is entirely sentient and intelligent, although highly literal and somewhat animalistic as it's mentality is close to that of an ambush predator, and thus a major portion of successfully creating a Doppelganger is to link the minds of oneself and the construct together, sharing thoughts, emotions, and sensations as though they share a body..

    The Doppelganger hangs over Amakros like a set of armor, even visibly behind him as he moves like an afterimage, and constantly emits more of its negative energy. This energy is extremely volatile and reactive, tearing open most souls that it contacts and sometimes causing spells to completely disappear on contact, like anti-matter contacting normal matter. This magical tearing even absorbs power from the target, making them weaker and the Doppelganger, and thus Amakros, stronger. However, this process can by avoided for the most part by particularly fast or "air-tight" spells. Additionally, the Doppelganger itself is highly reactive, being able to adapt to most threats and environments in short notice. It's through this that the Doppelganger isn't destroyed by contact with Amakros' abnormally powerful and dense soul.

    Amakros' particular Doppelganger is known as a Debilitator. The difference between a Debilitator and a normal Doppelganger is only obvious in combat, as it consumes and digests magic as a form of sustenance. This severs the mental connection between the spell and caster and breaks it down into simpler and weaker components that allows the counter-magic of the standard Doppelganger to sneak in more easily. This process also empowers the Debilitator even further as it dines on the raw mana and emotion shunted into a spell and grants a distinct awareness of such things, allowing for greater analysis of one's opponents and their methods.
    • Doppelganger's Shadow: While a Doppelganger is normally kept at bay and under control by slowly feeding it spiritual energy, either from oneself or others, Amakros' Doppelganger is different. As Amakros' soul is nothing but an obscenely condensed shadow, seething with raw emotions and even madness, it was corrupted by the initial exchanged required to bind it to Amakros, becoming similar to a desert spirit itself. This not only increases it's power markedly, but it also allows for greater cooperation between the two, further increasing their abilities and comprehension, and infuses both Amakros' Deepflames with the Doppelganger's anti-soul energies and vice versa. This effect even allows Amakros to split apart his body and maintain his senses and thoughts from every portion.
    • Magical Intuition: Just as a predator can kill and feast upon prey without any learned knowledge of such things, a Doppelganger is a natural, instinctive predator to magic and wizards. Thus, it always has a general but effective idea of how to sneak it's anti-magic into even the most dense and fortified wards or the grandest spells. As this intuition grows, it becomes something beyond more comprehension and verges on the realm of unconscious actions, to the point that Doppelgangers have a tendency to lash out at the slightest hint of magic. This intuition can even become strong enough to actively empower the Doppelganger, enchanting its armor-like hide with ever-greater counter-magic runes and inscriptions that seem to set aflame nearby spells with anti-spiritual power of the Doppelganger's own nature.

Charge:
  • Beginning The Work: "The Work" is an ill-define concept in Amakros' world, representing either an all-encompassing theory that perfectly describes the past and future of both physical matter and magic or the final, grandest spell that will destroy the current ruling gods and leave the world free for eternity. For Amakros, it was a little of both, being an indescribably advanced theory that granted one flawless, omniscient insight into the universe's innermost workings, both natural and supernatural. The Work as an idea has immense power and precedence, to the point that enough people merely believing in it earnestly can change reality. By merely forming the ideas that may one day comprise The Work, Amakros' will utterly supplants the world's natural rules and impulses for hundreds of kilometers. Matter and physics, magic and metaphysics, any variation of either imaginable or unimaginable is a simple thought away. Furthermore, these changes and the powers behind them are above the current laws of magic, making even extreme anomalies within those laws both ineffective against these ideas and in comparison to them. However, mortal minds are not designed to comprehend these ideas, and while Amakros is better at handling them than most others he can only hold the ideas in the front of his mind for a short time before they sink into his subconscious.

Powers:


Blade of Finality: A twin weapon to the Sword of Cycles, possessing the same basic properties as it. Its ability is the opposite of its twin. Rather than enforce change, it ends it. When used, the blade can force areas to be temporarily incapable of "change", making them function as an absolute shield that cannot be broken through via normal means, this can also be used on themselves as a defensive tactic, though they obviously cannot attack while this is active. By striking a target, they can enforce this on them as well, freezing them in place for a period of time by making them incapable of undergoing change. This, of course, also prevents them from being damaged or affected in any way. The duration is chosen by the user. Additionally, it can create holes in existence as it strikes something, these holes sap away at the abilities of the target, weakening them while they're near one and for some time afterwards. Iyl is not affected by this nor are those he designates to not be. (Along with Teleportation of and TK of the sword like before, this has a different type of Limited Causality Manip, and Absorption)

Spatial Redirection: This ability allows Iyl to control space to an extent. They can twist space to change the "direction" of things for various uses. Iyl's body gains a unique property from this ability, they are able to make their body become more akin to empty space itself, thus making them significantly more difficult to affect, as they are akin to the general surroundings. This ability also greatly amplifies Iyl's teleportation, allowing it to be used across extremely vast distances. (Weird Spatial Manipulation that primarily allows for Attack Reflection and such, as well as weird Spatial Intangibility)

Charge:

Pulling Back the Curtain:
This power allows Iyl to create harmful tears in reality, of any number, taking the form of something visually similar to small black holes. These tears will begin rapidly absorbing everything that can be absorbed from the surroundings, including living beings, returning them to the very primary components that make them up without chance for restoration.
 
Character: The Doctor (Star Trek) (EMH, powers/weaknesses that come from being a hologram instead come from molecular instability in Hope’s cells. The holographic projector/mobile emitor instead is something stabilizing his cells. Edit: Type 6 and 8 are modified so that Hope has to prepare and store bodies made from his cell threads in advance that will take over for him should he die.)

The Complete Picture:
Increases Hope’s visual acuity to let him see hundreds of times further or in more detail than he already could, as well as view the forms, quantities, and motion of energies in the environment (both physical energies like electric, heat and light energy and supernatural ones like life force, magic, chi, spiritual, souls, etc.).
As a bio Rudy this of the ability to view energy, Hope has improved his information analysis and analytical prediction. By viewing electric patterns in the brain and nerves he can predict emotion and action even before the slightest hint of them shows in the muscles, and by reading energy flow in the body he can predict when someone will attack, and, if he’s spent enough time observing the energy system they use, determine what abilities they have and are using. Additionally, now that he knows both the intricacies of the body and the pathways of energy through it, he can perform acupuncture and acupressure that influences energy. This can be used to temporarily direct energy to certain tasks like healing the body or soul, fighting off disease, and preventing poison; temporarily increase or decrease energy production (stamina), flow (attack [and in some cases reaction] speed and charge times), and density (attack potency and abilities of the energy); restart stopped energy flow (power null null); clear energy of impurities (removing stuff like debuffs, curses, regen negation, mind manip, etc.); or temporarily redirect the energy (causing abilities to come from the wrong position/body part).

Micro and macro:
An upgrade to Hope’s threads that occurs on both the microscopic and macroscopic scale
On the microscopic level, Hope’s threads can now be made not only of cells, but of organelles and DNA as well, giving them a wider variety of applications and improved sharpness. These threads are limited to use at a closer range than his original ones.
On the macroscopic level, the threads can extend out 200x further, to 40 km, and can now be weaved into entire organs or body parts that can either be controlled by Hope or attached to their original owner. This can be used to replace damaged body parts, give someone additional limbs, add additional muscle and nerve connections to their body to increase their abilities, create additional sensory organs, and more.

The scalpel now can change size, and draws in wounds and ailments not only from himself and the person he slashes, but anyone a part of his body is touching.

Name: BB Rose

Appearance: Her true age is unknown, however, BB Rose has the qualities of a mature woman. She is most recognizable by her motherly figure and plump, glossy lips. She has creamy skin and wears shades. Her main outfit is based on a typical pirate costume and consists of a long, black trenchcoat (which she wears off-shoulder), a sleeveless purple t-shirt, black jeans, and high-heel black leather boots. She has medium length black hair and dark blue eyes. Wears a single fingerless glove on her left-hand and bandages up her entire right arm. Black Dhalia takes the form of a flower-like hairpiece in her hair when not in use.

Black Dhalia: Black Dhalia is a flower-shaped mass of cosmic-black mercury-like substance weighing 15 times the weight of The Palace of the Parliament, that is capable of taking any shape that BB Rose desires. She can turn it into various types of guns, various types of animals & insects that can be programmed to do specific tasks, replicating items that she has seen (even missing limbs, organs even her entire body), web-slinging, a suit of armor, or turn it into a programmable maid. The slime has the ability to heal (i.e. mend wounds and remove foreign material etc. via restoring objects back to their previous state) whatever it is placed over but can only heal as long as it is touching the target. Black Dhalia is naturally set to self-defense, condensing into a membrane whose strength is adjusted depending on the type of enemy attack in less than a fourth of a millisecond. If necessary, Black Dhalia can be turned into a vehicle with working Gatling guns that fire compressed air or into a motion sensor that detects air vibrations. The two biggest drawbacks of Black Mercury are that the more it is spread out the weaker it becomes and temperature extremes will prevent it from changing or keeping shape for too long. When being depleted Black Dhalia can seemingly assimilate matter or energy from the surrounding environment to replenish itself. Black Dhalia seems to be sufficiently advanced technology due to it actually being controlled by BB Rose.
  • Black Dhalia Requiem: Due to BB Rose's wish to be able to change the past to be able to help those in need, Black Dhalia evolved gaining the ability to manipulate an object or person's timeline without moving it in space, reverting the object to an earlier point in time and therefore removing any effects on the current object or bringing new effects onto them like old age. However, when used over a large range she can only take everything back up to 72 seconds. Can make pre-programmed loops with this ability allowing her to never run out of bullets or to hold her breath indefinitely. The ability seems to be passive for the most part, however, it does sometimes reset any premade programs that BB Rose had. This ability takes the form of black balls or with physical contact with her or something that she touched. When used on everything except for a single target a copy of the target appears, however, when the copy comes into contact with the original it explodes violently (BB Rose seems to not be affected by this effect). Can use this ability on herself to age up or down to change her appearance and power output. Acts like pseudo-teleportation due to the ability to reset her position to anywhere on the timeline.
  • Black Dhalia『OVER HEAVEN』: The final evolution of BB Rose's Black Dhalia, in this form Black Dhalia gains the ability to change the up to three undesirable outcomes at will (however this ability can be activated passively once she is killed), ignoring the original plot of the world entirely. Black Dhalia『OVER HEAVEN』is vastly superior to Black Dhalia Requiem, that is, it is capable of ignoring even absolute truths, being used as the ultimate defense. Can only be used three times a day, however, the overwrites can be done in such a way that it seems to be multiple changes at once. Drains massive amounts of stamina with each use.
BB Rose is able to fire solid ball projectiles from her mouth. The projectiles hit hard and move immensely fast, being able to intercept ICBM in mid-flight. The gumballs have the special ability to ricochet off any surface that it comes into contact with, building up speed & force each time it bounces off something; however, the bubblegum can only do this up to 5 times before the bubblegum pops. This ability seems to come from a special type of gum that she chews.

Starting Stats:
  • Attack Potency: 9-A physically, 7-C with Black Dhalia & Bubblegum
  • Durability: 7-C, Unknown with Black Dhalia & Bubblegum (can be used to protect her from falling out of a cargo plane with ease, however, Black Mercury can perfectly guard against most attacks with exact timing)
  • Speed: Athletic Human Travel Speed with Massively Hypersonic Reaction Speed and Attack Speed (She can visually keep track of Black Dhalia when it is moving at about 380,600 mph while it was reentering the atmosphere)
  • Lifting Strength: Above Average Human, Unknown with Black Dhalia & Bubblegum (Can hold twenty times its own weight plus three adult males)
  • Striking Strength: 9-A physically, 7-C with Black Mercury & Bubblegum
  • Regeneration: Mid, Faster with Black Dhalia
  • Stamina: Very high
  • Range: Extended melee range. Several hundreds of meters to several kilometers with Black Dhalia and Bubblegum
  • Intelligence: Gifted
