Gonna vote Elfman for his different stat amp transformations which let him body people faster and stronger than his base which already scales to Wendy at minimum, one arm puts him on the level of Gray and full body lets him body people on that level. For context, Sol clapped him with one arm but Full Body let him blitz the guy who was dodging all his attacks prior and put him down with a few hits. Weretiger is a bigger speed amp and Lizardman lets him take hits from basr Erza level while dealing damage when he gets hit.
