Trafalgar Law vs Thanos (MCU)

It was talked about in this thread but never done or talked about anywhere else, and honestly it would be a pretty stupid thing to do if you ask me. Snapping is the first thing he does every time he has the Complete Gauntlet, and it has been assumed to be his first move for years, with no one ever having any problem with it. It would be a pretty controversial thing to remove it.

Considering that atomization doesn't happen instantly, Law would probably still have time to activate Room and separate Thanos spatially.

After Law is atomatized, Thanos can just close his hand and reassemble himself using either the Reality Stone or the Time Stone. On top of this, even if we want to say that wouldn't be possible, Law would be dead while Thanos would be alive, althoght cut, so victory would still go to Thanos regardless since incap require 24 hours to pass while death is an instant win.

Isn't the first move that Thanos does is firing an energy beam?

He uses them if he has the Incomplete Gauntlet. If he have the Complete Gauntlet than his first move is snapping. As pointed out before, the only time he didn't use the Snap with the Complete Gauntlet was because he was taken by surprise by Thor, and after recovering he immeadiately went for the Snap anyway.
But discussing the first move of each character seems redundant given it was already discussed and Thanos even have a Standard Tactics section for him, so it's better to move on. Honestly I thought this match was already concluded with a stomp in favor of Thanos.
