Hello. This thread aims to expand DBZ's speed ratings. The current speed blog listed on the verse page only lists characters up to Namek SS1 Goku. I have created a new blog where the speed ratings would be expanded for some Cell Saga and Buu Saga characters. More details can be found in my blog.
These upgrades relies on two principles, one being Super Saiyan increasing speed by 50x, an already accepted multiplier stated in many guidebook and consistent with the series. And the second one being a stronger character will always be faster than a weaker one as long as those characters in question do not use a technique that sacrifices speed for power or vice-versa, or specifically specializing for speed over power or vice versa.
