I don't think this would downgrade, considering even if this somehow debunked the feat, there's still multiple others on its tier, and what he says here is directly contradicted by the comic itself anyways.

The episode just explained in detail why they think Archie cosmology beats out DBH Cosmology by quite a bit, Super forms resist basically all of DBHs major haxx, and Archie Sonic has even more ridiculous haxx and such than Silver does like his fate haxx and his own special set of resistances through his Billion Ring Aura, the outcome wouldn't be any different and would kind of be a retread.
