From what I heard, she has used a non lethal variation of Joker Venom since leaving Joker. So you could argue that with morals off she’d still be allowed to use the lethal varient. And if even not, that would still incapacitate Jinx enough for her to go in for the kill.

Harley can still use the Joker Venom. And furthermore she could use the Poison Ivy toxin then.
It is a matter of how good Shimmer gives poison resistance to Jinx. Or just say "Jinx resists against the whatever poisons Harleen has" without considering their potency differences and jump into "Jinx's AP advantage is larger than the Harleen's speed advantage" GG

Seemingly he is far less hostile after that drama. Wish him/her/it/them every success wherever.

Last time I checked those toxins and venoms can toxicate people through the skin. And Jinx does not wear really a lot. A face mask is not doing much. Shimmer is the real protection against those poisons. But the degree of potency tho.

Meanwhile Harley Quinn is physically adapted/treated to be resistant against the poison and toxins.

Also when 4chan heard he was hired, some people there immediately said that they have had bad experiences with Speedy in VS debates before and questioned his VS skills as Speedy thinks Afro Samauri can beat Guts and was with G1 blog when they said Hulk would stomp Broly.
