You really shouldn't make claims like that, honestly I'm not sure why everyone is so confused over this.
The reason why Armstrong's nano machines aren't effected is less that they aren't effected and more that they just continuously replace themselves.
Raiden cuts and what he cuts is indeed destroyed, they flat out state it's not a durability thing and in theory it should be able to cut anything regardless of durability, it's more a complexity thing, but in Armstrong's case the nanomachines just rebuild the destroyed part nigh instantly even as it's being destroyed.
It's quite literally why the end of the fight is Raiden entering Blade Mode to amp his speed to quickly hack through Armstrong's chest to outspeed the nanomachine's rebuilding to rip out his heart (And of course, if you miss even a single slash or exit Blade Mode, he instantly heals it over).

It has literally nothing to do with strength or durability, if anything it's a speed thing.
THANK YOU!

It was fun to do this, My Favorite MU involving jujutsu and chainsaw man.

Not so fast cowboy.

In theory, and in the same conversation the Dok also says that no blade is capable of cutting anything, that the HF blade has limits, and that thick strong materials like CNT armor and ceramics can't be cut that easily.

As for Armstrong thing, his whole ordeal is that he can reinforce his body with the nanomachines, both by his own admission and Dok's comentary, no regeneration is involved in either's explanation.

He regenerates when he takes damage yeah, really fast, but that was never the main reason was to why he could block an HF blade, it was his enhanced strength.

1: James Bond vs John Wick Should’ve been Austin Powers vs Johnny English, but **** fun I guess

2: Gru vs Megamind (They’ve been building up to it with references here and there, I will riot if it’s not in Season 9. Rise of Gru and Megamind's upcoming show also gives it more relevance.)

3: Marvel vs DC matchup nobody gives a **** about

4: Sora vs Shulk (Both have somewhat mainstream relevance, plus I like it.) I know there’s the FF chick for Shulk but I know nothing about her.

5: Guts vs Ash Ketchum Williams(Berserk still has quite a bit of relevance, and one of the researchers has apparently expressed interest in Ash.)

Other 5: Jason vs Michael (I’m sure this one’s been getting requests since Season 1 because duh, classic horror movie rivalry)

6: Bowser vs Eggman (Not really big on this one but it’s a no-brainer so whatever. Plus, video game rep is surprisingly low this season, I'm willing to bet that the second half is where they're gonna hit.)

7: Cole vs Alex (This one’s a joke, it’ll never happen)

8: Simon vs Kyle (PLEASE)

Other 8: Galactus vs Unicron (Never)

Hmmm
1.Ben Mentions Clare/Dimitri for Guts awhile back in the fire side chat and Ash has Julie from lolipop chainsaw and Frank West so neither are appearing

2.Ultraguy recently did a blog on Bowser this season and Origin did a mini animation on it this year which means it's not happening this season

I guess Jason vs Michael is the most likely pick for Halloween episode then. Wouldn't be surprised if they don't do it though.

I also find it kind of bullshit that Ash can literally be one of the main inspirations for Guts but somehow not be in the running for his main opponent.

We'll have to see don't Halloween have a movie coming up this year?
If so Jason vs Michael makes sense to do it now

They did tease a live action battle featuring Ismahawk, who I think were the main guys behind the previous live action episodes, so it's a possibility.

Of course, it could also just be the finale of a trilogy of Marvel vs DC street tier episodes that get carried by their unique fight format.

Though I prefer Death Battle be more unpredictable in the second half (in a good way) with the MU

Outside one confirmed MU in second half
The only MU I can feel confident in happening
Are...
Gru vs Megamind
Jason vs Michael

We hadn't had a cartoon MU yet this season and Jason and Michael would continue the theme of Halloween episodes and what better way to do this years them on the slashers icons

Ah yes, the obligatory RT shill episode.
If they dare launching Arizal to fight whoever girl from a non-fighting verse
Or the Camp Camp trio vs Huey, Dewey, and Louie
Or Quartermaster vs whoever another principal of a school

But yes Sarge vs Soldier or Soldier 76 is overdue.

yeah, dimitri or clare will be what will fight guts, but ash can go to a dbx.
Yeah Guts is more requested against that Dimitri (this is elevated a lot that is to FETH) or Clare
Ash Williams vs Frank West and (to a lesser extent) Juliet Starling is there
When to have Byleth Eisner vs Rean Schwarzer and Scott Pilgrim vs Travis Touchdown tho

Considering there is precedence for DB ignoring the popular matchups of of two different characters and putting them against each other in this next second half alone, I wouldn't be surprised if they threw Guts against Ash for Season 10.

Scott vs Travis would be cool but man, that's two stomp matches for Scott Pilgrim. No More Heroes and Travis W is based though.
