What’s her connection with future Gohan?
They’re the one-armed, scarred survivors of a mass murder caused by the robotic creations (Justice and the Androids) of a scientist who was one of the most dangerous men on the planet (Gero and That Man). They were among the only survivors of the experiments’ first slaughters and dedicated their entire lives to training so they could kill the ones responsible. Despite this, they would both lose upon encountering them again (Baiken when fighting Justice in the Second Sacred Order Tournament and Gohan while fighting the Androids in the amusement park), forcing them to retreat so they could fight another day. During their quests, they would eventually meet another member of their kind (Anji and Trunks) who they would later go on to befriend, with their relationship benefitting them in some way (Baiken by mellowing out thanks to Anji and eventually putting her desires for revenge on hold to help the Japanese; Gohan by training Trunks and ensuring that the future would still have someone to protect it)

Well thats interesting

So, I found a really thematic matchup. Yes, it involves a Gunvolt character. Also, massive Three Houses spoilers.

Edelgard Von Hresvelg vs Nova Tsukuyomi
(Fire Emblem: Three Houses vs Azure Striker Gunvolt)
  • Both are one of the very few survivors of an experiment performed by an evil organization (Edelgard is one of only 2 known survivors of Those Who Slither In The Dark's dual crest experiments, while Nova is one of only 3 known survivors of Project Gunvolt)
  • Due to the results of this experiment, both are considered to be one of the strongest fighters in their respective verses (Edelgard can outright defeat a Demonic Beast one-on-one, while Nova's Septima is considered the strongest Septima for combat)
  • Both have massive forms with heavy demonic/angelic themes that they only use as a last resort due to their distaste for them. Said form is also called a monster by a blue wearing, blonde haired characters voiced by Kaito Ishikawa.
  • Both have immense ambition, wanting the best for their worlds. They are willing to go to any extreme to obtain this world.
  • Despite their willingness to go through with any extreme, both would genuinely prefer to obtain their goals peacefully, but believe such a thing is impossible and worthless to even try.

You know that reminded that I just watched a video from Seth The Programmer on Goku vs Saitama, and giving an interesting explanation on why calling Saitama a gag character is actually an insult to Saitama's character
Yeah, although OPM is somewhat parodius, it's a parody in the same way as Invincible or JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. It's a parody in the way it's a bit more comical and based on things, but Saitama is hardly a Bugs Bunny tier gag. Not even close.
