I heard the crew apparently never heard of the series at the time Beerus was unveiled. However with MUs such as Sailor Moon VS Pegasus Seiya becoming more popular, they might be aware of it. So, maybe it has a slim chance?

We need one it’s overdue both madoka and homura have enough opponents to pick from but I feel like madoka should get sailor moon. And they should especially do it because madoka magica is getting a new movie so we should get tons of statements and feats(along with hax) in the movie as well.
They’ll probably do Sailor Moon VS Pegasus Seiya which sucks but oh well madoka has better opponents especially since goddess madoka would probably one shot sailor moon.

Not in direct combat but he does time travel repeatably in Majoras Mask to ensure he succeeds. It wouldn't be outside the realm of possibility for him to use time travel to save himself if he feels like he'll die, but it's not exactly the most likely he'd actually do.

Maybe they did still die, maybe they didn't, the Zelda series can't decide if time travel consistently causes new timelines to happen. Skyward Sword and Oracle of Ages both have linear time travel where doing something in the past affects the future of the same timeline.
