Also people acting like Uni Link is the end all be all when Cloud canonically scales to Uni shit with Tactics. So Uni Link really doesn't change the MU. Plus Cloud still blitzes.
Also this is just the preview. They are very likely gonna use more feats for Cloud seeing that they brought up Summons (KotR is a big one) and Supernova hasn't even been mentioned yet. All we know is at minimum Cloud will scale to Bahamut Fury. At minimum

The moon level stuff for Cloud will likely be only a preview thing where once the fight concludes and they go into the post-fight analysis they'll whip out bigger numbers for him, likely supernova stuff.

Cloud I can see them putting that high, but I'll be shocked if they put Link at 4-A or 4-B. I think it's more likely they'll put him at High 6-A (Majora Moon drop) or 5-A (Calamity Ganon blood moon).
