Better MU for Nova and one of the only interesting Marvel vs DC MU left

If only we could tag categories from the Villains and Heroes wikis to see which characters may share some finding match-ups would be a lot easier.
Definitely, albeit those wikis (Heroes wiki in particular) can sometimes be a bit off.

Like how Heroes wiki says Gunvolt was based off of Kirito and Misaka with no citation and I literally cannot find where that's said anywhere.

I mean, Pure Evil includes characters who used to not be pure evil but became that later.
If they used to be good but got corrupted then that shouldn't be pure evil. Even by that standard you say they justify redeeming qualities as untrue due to them actually coming from selfshness, ego or obsession when sometimes that's not the case and the characters did have some bits of good things going for but decided to do evil 99% of the time regardless.
I'd say DIO qualifies by Stardust Crusaders.
Part 3 DIO is absolutely pure evil in a vacuum. Part 1 was pretty much called pure evil by a character, but that's not the same, they throw around that a lot in fiction as a narrative tactic for characters who "surprisingly" aren't pure evil like Darth Vader, Esdeath or Vegeta, Dio clearly loved his mom and by the end showed respect for Jonathan. Later in Part 6 we see him having Pucci as a legit friend, he even felt bad about something selfish he did to him, apologized for it and gifted him a mcguffin.

Bill is so insane he can't admit he misses the people of his home dimension and regrets having destroyed it, he doesn't know he feels that way himself or lies about it. Knowing that, it's easy to believe that he told the true to Ford when he asked him to join him and be part of his friends (which to note, he first did before needing something out of Ford). Sure he treats all his friends bad occasionally and you could argue they're his pets pretty much, but even a relationship that bad doesn't necessarily have to come from 100% evil in Bill's part, only mostly evil.
