From what I've have seen for every episode there are only 2 researchers one for each character so there not going to be a lot, however Strunton made the researcher team buy Universal Super forms and (even tho its wrong) Planet level Hiei. Strunton or the researcher doing Star are going to push for it Uni+.

I guess despite of me being really, not much into uni star... I'll have to probably agree, I'm at least very powerless here. So I guess all I have to do is wait...

Not only that, they're also both have mothers which are good at first but have a dark past. That's also a princess vs a "Prince" (technically saying Steven have loyal roots), that's a bare least I can think of.

Can't be sure about exactly controversy of SU ending cause Steven had to grow up and move out, that's something which maybe people doesn't want to see but this basically would happen soon or late. So it makes some sense (though the Godzilla arc end is still kinda meh). With Star's ending controversy I have no doubts it's really controversial ending, because of killing many creatures without basically their will at bare least.

Steven's controveral ending was mainly about how both the Diomands were redeemed and how the Steven corruption arc was resolved

I think the Diamond thing is just people misinterpreting what happened in the show. The Diamonds were never redeemed or forgiven, Steven just managed to change their minds about what they were doing and gave them the chance to fix their mistakes. But Ian Jones Quarty pointed out that Steven still doesn’t really like the Diamonds, as evidenced by how uncomfortable he was being around them in the Movie and how he literally tried to murder White Diamond in his rage.

Agree with that. Stars ending was just a disaster. Steven's at least ended on a kinda satisfactory note while Stars ending on something that just confusion and disappointment.

So Star Butterfly is at least Planet level with her magic equipment and her defense potency with magic scale from her attack potency
... Which source says it? Does not turn out this is a deceptive fan art eh?

So why Star may be universe level we also have arguments why not.

For the animation potential... I am fine with 2D sprites but then people would really question what else would attract them towards making hand drawn episodes and live action episodes under their claimed limited budget. Like Discord vs Bill Cipher as hand drawn and Catwoman vs Black Cat as live action? Or Batwoman vs Spider-Woman or Damian Wayne vs Hitgitl as live action to remedy Batgirl vs Spider-Gwen? I would worry if we would have Phoenix Wright vs Matoko Naegi or even Battler Ushiromiya as HD or LA instead. (Surprise Ace Attorney has a live action film)

Oh I want to say Kool-Aid Man vs Macho Man Randy Savage can be sprite or 3D model just fine.

Star is planet at minimum with weapons.
Her universe level claims still come from the Toffee feat. Along with the MFTL+ speed.
And even if Star is only planet, Steven is only multi continent level. And Steven is relativistic vs Star who is sub-relativistic.

And claims why Star is universe and MFTL+
