Well according to System XX's profile, it says this:
"Cross Tag Battle isn't a canonical part of the BlazBlue setting, instead being a fighting game crossover featuring multiple other characters, so please don't try to scale it to the canonical version of the Azure, since the Azure as presented in Cross Tag Battle isn't shown with the same level of power as its canonical counterpart."
Whatever that's true or not is something I couldn't tell you but that's what they seem to think

Technically, Death Battle has given Dragon Ball higher stats than DC. They've put DC at 10x universal and Dragon Ball at 3600x universal. And they can't pull a "Time huh? Thanks for the tip" since Goku Black literally has a ring that makes him immune to such things. Not like that stopped them last time.

IMO I think it doesn't help Goku Black, because DB could make the argument that Reverse Flash scales to Wally West which makes Zamasu's chances even more slim

To be fair I think Reverse Flash couldn't do shit against Infinite Zamasu, since a lot of his hax requires him to be able to touch his opponent afaik.

Fought with, and can dispel, Entities. Alex believed Entities contained entire universes inside them, and the Entity Key states that it appears to have an entire universe inside of the key. Defeated the Tele Alex that could consume entire realities. Can harm the Proto-Comet, which can move all of the stars in the universe. Comparable to the Twisted Beings.
Could chase the Proto-Comet, which travels across realities. The Essentia 2000 and Entities can perform similar feats.
