I say Darkrai due to more versatile effective hax like space-time hax, illusion creation, power nullification and dream manipulation.

He can just put Gremmy in an illusion to make fool him (which should be easy) then Darkrai puts him to sleep and then dream eater to take away whatever's left of Gremmys mind.

Though not sure about illusion creation because of reikaku but it should depend on Gremmy's proficiency with it which is unknown.

Yeah since it's unknown it's not gonna really help and Darkrai can just use Power Nullification to counter it.

Also to be honest wouldn't spirit based attacks be sort of ineffective against Darkrai? One reason being he's a dark type and I'm sure many techniques in bleach would qualify as the ghost type.
