Characters who can never lose

So this is an idea I've come up with, trying to make a list of characters, who, given our conditions for a stomp thread, can only have Notable Victories and Inconclusive Matches added onto their profiles.

Therefore, these are the characters who aren't the strongest in their tier, but every fight they get in, it will be either a stomp, an incon or a victory for them, no exceptions.

Only ground rule here is the character in question should atleast have the ability to win, and hence should have two matches already present on its profile, and no losses.

This is a bit hard, but Diavolo would have been a top contender. Very few can actuall beat him without stomping.

I don't think there is anyone who can strictly only win or get stomped.

I kinda don't think that a character like this exists.

If they can get Notable Victories added, then that means there's characters that could reasonably win against them but just don't. So if one of those characters was a bit stronger, there'd be a loss instead.

I don't remember correctly but it came for Ciel which is inside his soul and if you don't mindhax "her", she can undo this or a things like that.

Yeah, so there are thus characters who can definitively win in the scenarios where they have a possibility to lose.

Personally my pick for this was going to be Mysterio (Marvel Cinematic Universe) with EDITH and Prep, but given his current win-loss records... yeah, doesn't work

Utakata Misogi defeated Diavolo, who defeated Sans, Doctor Strange, Yoshikage Kira, Gwenpool, Funny Valentine, The Invisible Ma, Aki Jakago, Shigeo Kageyama, Yuudai Moroboshi, Weather Report, Ghiaccio, Vanilla Ice and stalemated Souren Araya and The Avatar.

Hmmm, it seems the rules are far too strict to add characters... for the sake of fairety, characters who can only get notable victories AND inconclusive matches are fair game now.
