Characters who can never lose

Pretty much all Yume Nikki or 2kki characters. Most of them have really high immortality, but literally nothing else. Also the protags have instant Low 2-C nuke if they die so like if you survive it then it's a stomp.

Just wanna point out for the top tiers soulhax=mindhax, and Fear Haki and MaouHaki attack the soul.

And his passives in particular are fear, madness, empathic, soul, sleep, radiation, EE, and just a super strong repellent aura.

I think his 4-B to 4-A key. While he doesn't have much matches now, back then he had quite a lot of victories with no losses.

Please note that to be added to the list, the character/verse must have a 0 loss record for the given key, and at least two matches added onto the profile.
 
Was about to suggest Clockwork until the rules just got updated and now two matches are needed to qualify... Damnit!.

Probably the individual members of the Stone Army:

The only things they have are Incredibly high Durability and a decent amount of resistance. Other than that, they are just skilled soldiers and warriors.

  • If you are within the same tier as them and cannot bypass either their dura nor their resistances, you are ******.
  • If you are immensely stronger than them, you can either BFR them to Outer Space, or one-shot them if you are above their degree of Tier 2 Dura.
  • If you can bypass their resistances or simply have a hax they don't resist, you can probably cream them.
 
Ness. At least he would have been a contender before he lost to Shulk, but his list of incons kinda speaks for itself.
 
I'm quite certain that having "super high-D hax" doesn't make someone "un-lose-able" since they can just be matched with a hypothetical character with high-D resistance but mediocre strength, or someone like the Culexus Assassin.

The only ones I can be certain qualify are The Numidium, who can be argued to have "Tier 0 Erasure" and Ajimu Najimi who has so many skills that it can't be certain of full capability.
 
Even anti-meta characters like Culexus or Kharn have limits, so they wouldn't affect someone like the Emperor.
