Can this Goku finally beat Seiya

Honestly, DBS Goku's speed is scaled from 3/4 of Whis's casual travel speed... even if you don't accept multipliers, it doesn't make sense that DBS Goku wouldn't be more than one order of magnitude faster by the end of the series (thus far).

Goku doesn't need to surpass a serious Whis to be orders of magnitude faster than he was in BoG

Also "Voting Seiya via Acausality is one of the weirdest things you can pull against goku.
