Thor needs a weapon to oneshot while shifuto can do it with one good hit. Shifuto is smaller than frost giant heads, and should be more than nimble enough to avoid stormbreaker. So, given that, My vote for Shifuto stays.

I think Thor would take it tbh, the AP gap and lack of conclusive hax makes it pretty easy. Additionally, having telekinesis to control where your attacks go (basically manual homing) is pretty OP.
