Anywho, what tiers are legendaries? I need to know this? Are they High 6-A or are they staying Low 6-B?

Yes, if you want to scale via stats, make a separate CRT for it. As of now, we do not. Just like we haven't done ever since I got here.

Yes I am, I am going by what we've done since I got here. Whether you like it or not, we've always disregarded stats. I am going by something we have constantly stated we do not and should not do. This is one of the things that got non legendary files deleted in the first place. If you want to get it accepted, I could careless. Make a CRT instead of flooding this thread with it. End of story. Whether you liked if I "pulled that card" is none of my concern.

Mega Latios or something. Cal seems to constantly ignore my question....

So we scale Lugia and Ho-Oh to High 6-A. This would of course upgraded everyone else to High 6-A or At least 6-A.

I actually think there has been a misunderstanding, and it is actually my bad. I meant stats in regards to level and leveling up.

Latios took an attack from a primal, so did megazard x.

This seems fine to me for now. Most Megas should probably just be "At least High 6-C", I guess, and Legendaries could be "At least Low 6-C, likely higher" or something to that effect.

For the final stage speed, perhaps "At least Sub-Relativistic, possibly higher" given some of the lightspeed stuff?

You can get your reactions scaled by a vehicle you ride on, if you are capable of making incredibly sharp turns and dodging objects while piloting it, or battling on top of it.
