While SamanPatou has been this week, concerningly, Everything12's profile does not list when they were active, & their Postings section on their forum profile lists their most recent posting as being from July 31st, 2024
Perhaps they have other, unlisted activity that is more recent?

he goes inactive frequently. might have to do with cancer he said he has had (which if so hope he gets better or that everything is okay) but can't really say anything for sure on it could be something else entirely.

Yeah, I tried asking both of them on their Message Walls, at least a week ago, if I recall correctly.
They have both yet to respond.
Users become Staff because of their great activity & numerous contributions, no? If they do not show that as Staff....
Well, point is, it will stall this 'verse's progress severely if we are to wait so long for users who can't or don't participate. We have multiple other CRTs clogging Pokemon's major CRT count to resolve.
What about the non-inactive Staff who participated in this thread? Should we inform them of this?

Also, for what it's worth, although I've tried Quoting their posts & using their Message Walls, perhaps I should try bringing this up in the All Purpose Request Thread or some other Wiki Management Board?

Honestly I don’t really see the need for that at this point. The thread has reached the point of getting the required necessary staff input and the amount of time given waiting on 2 other staff has been more than lenient. As far as things go here, we should be able to just proceed if you ask me.

not currently, we'd need a separate CRT to attend to the current tiering. I myself agree and disagree with some which I think need changing (talking about the changes that were accepted post canon split, like the 6-C tier and 7-A for mid stages)
