iirc Ikki's 200x amp is for like one second/one attack. But he has precog instincts that trigger when he's about to be haxed and will open with it if he needs to.

Flowey has "undodgeable" danmaku, as well as SAVE and LOAD, which means Johnny can't kill him.

However, Johnny's Possession, Time Stop, Sleep Manip, and (I think) a few others makes sure that he doesn't actually need to kill Flowey in order to win.

Flowey holds a decent AP advantage, but Johnny's dura hax help him with that.

Also, Johnny's Time Stop makes most of Flowey's attacks void.
