Skill really isn't that important for a list like this unless the character have big haxs, which those characters lack.

As far I know his physical itselfs, like his Striking Strength would need to be 8-A, otherwise it don't qualify for that tier, a similar case than with Ainz.

Does Henry have his teleporter and "reference" while in his 8-A key or nah? because if he does then he needs to be removed since he has smurf range.
