At this point, everyone and their mothers knows about the "Goku and Beerus were going to destroy the universe" feat from Battle of Gods and the Super anime. It's the whole reason why the God-tiers, or well High-tiers but God-tiers sounds more appropriate, are Universe level. And everyone has debated the size of the universe many times over.
However, the universe has been stated to be endless and contain countless space many times, and it has even been stated to contain separate dimensions (universe-sized spaces with their own time) inside of them. Several guides have stated that the Dragon Ball universe contains countless planets, stars, and other celestial guides. And some, like the second one, have outright stated it to be endless, which most scientists agree our real-life universe is, to my knowledge. There are even guides that claim that there are areas nearly the size of the macrocosm with their own time, the Realm of the Kais is one example, and there are locations that have been stated to be the size of the universe.
And once again, these dimensions have been shown to have their own time, different from that of like Earth for example. If this endless universe contains dimensions with their own spacetime continua, and Goku and Beerus were going to reduce the universe into a vacuum of nothingness, then that would place Super Saiyan God Goku, and those subsequently more powerful than him, including Beerus of course, at High Universe level to Low Multiverse level.
And if you want more evidence,

Just a little note, Daizenshuu #7 (translated in the link above) states that the [endless] Universe and the Demon Realm are two separate dimensions within the Living World, most likely with their own time (seeing as how they are two different dimensions), and that the Galaxies within the Universe exist infinitely within all of the Universe.
It also states that the Living World (which contains these two spacetime continua) lies beneath the World Beyond, or the Heavenly Realm, which is hermetically sealed away from it (hence why you need to be dead or have teleportation to get to and out of it). And it is divided into three different areas, the Kaiou Realm [Realm of the Kais] which is where the Kais and Heaven are, the Emma Realm which is on the middle ground and houses King Yemma and the lower Kais (North Kai, Grand Kai, etc.), and Hell, which is self-explanatory. North Kai's Planet has been described of having time that moves slower than Earth's which is contained within the Emma Realm of course, and Goku stated that Heaven has no time. Hell most likely has its own spacetime continua since it is in another area of the World Beyond and there are no statements proving otherwise.
That leaves us with an endless Universe in the Living Realm that contains a potentially infinite amount of Galaxies, another dimension altogether that houses the demons totalling out as two spacetime continua. And then there are the dimensions in the World Beyond which contains at least two other spacetime continua, with the possibility of even more seeing as how vast it is and how many spaces there are altogether. So Goku and Beerus were going to destroy at least 4 spacetime continua, which is once again Low Multiverse level.
Nah, for real though.
Son Goku (Dragon Ball Z) has "Universal with Instant Transmission (Traveled to the Other World and to King Kai's Planet from Earth)" as part of his range statistics and as a result, every other version of Goku (i.e., Dragon Ball Super manga, the anime continuity, and the anime continuity, ver. 2) has Universal range with Instant Transmission as well.
In spite of this, these Gokus still have Dimensional Travel. Along with that, the Living Universe, Other World, and the Realm of the Kais are all treated as dimensions separate from each other but co-existing in the same macrocosm. For example, the Daizenshuu 7 refers to the Living Universe as "located beneath the World Beyond [and] hermetically sealed by a barrier", with "hermetically" meaning "in a way that is insulated or protected from outside influences", hence why only the dead and Dimensional Travel users can access it. This means that Other World is a dimension that exists beyond the reach of the Living Universe, a space-time.
Even the realms within the Other World are considered to be separate dimensions that can only be moved through with special means of transportation; "Each area is in a locational up-and-down relationship. And from Hell to the Enma Realm, free movement is impossible, and only by special methods is going from the Enma Realm to the Kaiou Realm possible" (it's all the same link). Of course, these are not separate space-times, but spatial dimensions that are blocked out from each other in this way should require abilities with interdimensional range to move into.
Then, the Realm of the Kais "revolves around the circumference of the entire body of the world on a fixed cycle", and "without the highest level of [Instantaneous Movement], movement [to and from] is impossible" which is a combination of the criteria met by the Other World and the realms inside of the Other World.
Additionally, in the anime continuity, ver. 2 only, users of Instantaneous Movement (i.e., Instant Transmission and Kai Kai) slip into a dimension called the Teleportation Zone, which the Daizenshuu 7 refers to as simply a "space". This space is seen during Goku and Metal Cooler's fight, Goku's investigation of the South Galaxy, the closing scenes of Fusion Reborn, and Kibito Kai's rescue during GT in which he accidentally drops Goku, and he ends up in an entirely different dimension (Sugoroku Space). So, not only can Movie and GT Goku move into dimensions that exist outside of the Living Universe and are sealed off in such a way that traveling to them through normal means is impossible, but he does so by accessing a mysterious pocket space.
According to the Range page:
All of this should be enough to give each Goku an Interdimensional range with Instant Transmission and Ki Sensing since he can travel from Earth to King Kai's planet and King Yemma's realm, both of which are within Other World, and from Other World to the Realm of the Kais, presumably also from Earth to the Realm of the Kais, although he never had the chance to prove this.

According to the Range page:
Interdimensional: Attacks and abilities that can reach beyond the conventional space-time of a single universe, such as into external pocket realities or parts of other universes, but that may not necessarily travel a universal distance.
