An Immortal "God" fights a Devil

Nice imagery with the opposition of the White Winged Zeref and Black Winged Devil

This is gonna take some thought though
 
Both have 1.1 Teratons as AP, so pure AP isn't actually a factor here, plus there's tons of Hax, Word Magic can null other magic and regenerate easily, but Zeref's Time And Death Manipulation are very scary as well, I see either Zeref using Death Magic and killing the World Devil or the Devil just nulls Zeref's Time Magic and kills him, both can survive a lot of punishment via High-Mid Regen and Time Rewind, personally I think this could go wither way

Inconclusive, whoever manages to get off their hax first frankly

devil power null isnt passive, he need his spear to null magic, zeref DP can kill ppl without releasing any wave(see his backstory for this), saying devil can null zeref magic(which was limitless) is nlf. and devil spear can break down magic like bane partciles and zeref have resistance to it. your reasning for incon is flawed, zeref can kill him with his dp. or use immobolization magic+death piller like he kills hades
 
No, anyone superior/comparable to Pre-Elves Arc Patry as an aura of mana so dense it creates a forcefield. Possessed Luck and someone else had it too.
 
Time Stop + Death Magic should be a GG.

Word Devil has displayed no resistance to Time stop or Death Manipulation anyways.
 
Oh well Zeref still takes this even if time stop isn't in-character for him.

Word Devil has no real way to put Zeref down or outlast him in a fight. He needs an EE spell to erase his Soul to put him down. It wouldn't matter if he disintegrates Zeref, he'd just rewind time anyways. While Zeref can OS him with his death manipulation.
 
Word Devil negating time magic is an nlf. It is abstract, it isn't something tangible for the word devil to negate it when Zeref uses it.

He surely can't just say "Fairy Heart disappear" to negate it lol, he himself said his word magic has limits.

Word Magic is abstract. What is your point? All he has to say his disappear.
