Stomp for Zeref, Zeref is immortal type 1 and resistant to time stop while Zeref can regenerate from EE if I recall

Immortality type 1 only makes you resistant to age manip. He doesn't have Low-Godly on his profile so he can't regenerate from EE.

I recall that he regenerate from molecular in the manga and he is resistant to Dimarua's time stop

Yeah this is a stomp for Zeref, High 6-B vs 6-C. Julius can amp his speed in speed equal but he cannot do anything to Zeref while Zeref has Death Magic

Ummm... You know that Julius can see future and he won with Low 6-B, High 6-B (Esdeath) and High 6-A characters (High 5-A at the time)? AP means nothing against guy who negates dura.

Then it might not be a stomp, still how can he take down Zeref? Im not that much knowlegable in the series and aslo the reason why he won against esdeath is because of age manip

He won against Esdeath because every ability he has is effective on her. Age manip doesn't work on Jibril (immortality type 1 too) and he still won against her.
EE would definitely work on Zeref. I think he never had feats of regenerating from non-existence? Hence he doesn't have Low-Godly. Also he can reflect Zeref's attacks at him but far faster. He sees future with Time Acceleration and sense attacks with Mana Zone. He can put Zeref down.

He can revert all damage done to him, as even after his whole body was completely vaporized by Natsu, he was able to effortlessly rewind his body back to normal)

Does Julius have any wincons if the guy is so haxed? I never really understood putting guys with one type of ability against guys who resist that type of ability.

But they have actual win-cons. Esdeath had a win con, because she could just time stop and one shot him with incredibly huge AP gap. But she doesn't do that in character. Jibril could somewhat oneshot him too but it would requie huge effort and it's very unlikely, but it's still a wincon. Kizaru, who would expect, can one shot Julius too. But his abilities are too good to allow this in normal battle. But all of them had win conditions. Julius' only ability is Time Magic, he's useless if he fights against someone who resists all things he can do.
Point of matches with him are if his opponents can keep up or have abilities using their mind and all of their abilities. He can instantly **** you if you're too careless.

Just a suggestion, the OP can swap Zeref with Natsu.
Natsu resist timestop but he doesn't have type 1 immortality and while Julius has precog, Natsu has Extrasensory perception with Dragon sense which can predict moves.

This is stomp in favor of zeref, the main reason is
- He stated fh power allow him to control Time better or give him better time base ability, Like he can reverse time without a body.
- He resist Timr manipulation based on ultear who can resist Dimaria time based sbility because she can use time manipulation as well, note that zeref was superior to both of them in term of using time magic.
- Julius EE is based on time manipulation which zeref resist. And he need to go to close to zeref who can use deadth wave anytime.
