This is a rather small upgrade
Currently, we have Vampires from Castlevania Netflix at Subsonic, including Alucard and his father Dracula, however, Alucard could consistenly block and dodge Trevor's whip during their fight, he actually dodges the tip at one moment, and as we know, the whip breaks the sound barrier when used properly, with Trevor being basically supernaturaly good with them (He already has Supersonic attack speed with it on his profile)
Trevor Vs Alucard fight
So I believe Alucard's speed section should be:
Speed: At least Subsonic (Moves like a blur multiple times, faster than Trevor who can dodge arrows) with Supersonic reactions (Can block and dodge Trevor's whip attacks), higher in Wolf Form
Dracula obviously scales, however, just to make sure, Trevor doesn't. Despite the fight, unlike the games where the fight was close and Trevor actually defeated the dhampyr, Netflix Alucard wasn't really serious against Trevor, so the hunter reacting to Alucard's sword attacks isn't proof to give him the same upgrade. During Dracula's fight, Trevor also managed to react to his attacks, however we see as the fight goes that Dracula only truly used his full power after the fight was just him VS his son, so I don't think Trevor (or Sypha, btw), should scale to this
