Accel can DEflect magic. IIRC the vectors go into random direction instead of being reflected because Accel is not used to magic vectors yet, but if it's something that is beyond his knowledge, then he wouldn't be able to do anything to that magic whatsoever. He might perhaps be able to DEflect something like fireballs, maybe even space-element attacks, but I am quite certain that deflecting Death Magic would not be possible for Accel.

He needs to touch him once.
If Ainz ressurects he will fly and carpet bomb the area, which will kill him due to Accels reflection

Accel cannot "reflect" magic attacks, but rather only "deflect". When magic gets involved, vectors get messed up and instead point into a random direction, so the scenario you suggest is impossible. Also Accel might die from lack of Oxygen instead in that case. And it's quite certain that his defense would fail completely against something like Death Magic.

Accelerator reflects the negative aspects of oxygen to make it breatheable, he stood in radiation for that

No, Accel's defenses would work on the "carpet bombing", but it would only be deflected and not reflected. And at some point Ainz would notice that the bombing doesn't work and try Death Magic, which would kill Accel.
