I think he will be able to resist the mental impact. No wonder he's above Misaki in rank. In addition, are there any other scans confirming that the mental impact has no vectors?

By "mental impact" do you mean Mental Out? Or are you talking about Makima's Control?

I am pretty sure it's not,considering misaka can do a similar thing yet her profile doesn't have it as resistance to mind manipulation but resistance to electricity which happens to resist certain forms of mind controls.
So makima stomps here,considering accelerator doesn't resist mind hax in base form.

Accelerator has a whitelist of things.
In OT22, Misaka Worst bypassed his vector barrier, only because the accelerator put her on its white list.
I asked for scans on her mental impact, and whether it has vectors/direction/energy

I feel like you didnt really understand what I am talking about.
Even if accelerator did resist misaki mind hax via vector control,he wouldnt get resistance to mind hax since he cancelled out the process of control,he didn't resist the control.
She thinks and you are under her control.she also can control people by simply meeting them.no projectile,no energy,no vectors.
Also shouldn't makima mind hax be layered since she can control your who has resistance to mind hax?

Would mind controll work here? Since Misaka Network and all that, spaning Life and Death and keeping itself intact even after Ophinus sneezed the universe away.
He is directly connected with the brain network and the Will of the Misaka Network dwells in anyone connected to the network, why would the Will let him get mind controlled like that is my question.
Accelerator can deflect attempts of anything trying to teleport into his body, teleportation doesn't have any vectors in the surface, you disappear from here and reaper there, BUT it does it just so occurs that in the Toaru verse, teleporters have the ability to disappear from the 3D space and manipulate vectors in the 11th dimension and reaper somewhere else via those manipulations.
Accelerator can manipulate vectors up to the 11th dimension to counter that.
Makima's mind controll ability can SEEM to not have any vectors but you are just looking at it from a 3D perspective, wich you can't really do when discussing Accelerator.
I'm not saying it does definitely have a vector, but, compared to everything else in her verse and her other abilities like the chain mental controll method, the contract thing having vectors (yes it does) by having a ONE WAY ROAD of damages being transfered, I'm inclined to say her mind controll ability would have vectors to it, it has conditions to activate after all.
Accelerator in base might not be able to manipulate those vectors out of nowhere because those kinds of vectors are honestly above his capabilities untill you get close to his Platinum wings and he starts to manipulate imaginary vectors and the vectors in a magical contract to nullify it.
But if you give him enough time, I think he could eventually adapt to those vectors like he did to Dark Matter and shiz, manipulating those took him like a couple of minutes while he was focused on something else, maybe give him a couple hours, maybe days and I think he could understand those.
