Shouldn't McGonagall, Shacklebolt and Slughorn all scale to 1/3 of Voldemort.

They had the upper hand against him. The text of the Deathly Hallows states that they couldn't finish him off. This means that they had the upper hand and were winning. You can only finish an opponent off if you are winning, if you have the upper hand.

I know Voldemort sort of flings them away to get to Harry but he doesn't really defeat them. He sort of BFRs then. They were uninjured by that that attack.
