He may be artificial intelligence, but in the end, Ultron is a machine, and lacks a soul.

He's a machine. And then he's a rocking chair because Surfer decided to stop jobbing. You can't use Marvel PIS to say one character is stronger than the other when it's someone like both of them, Surfer or Ultron. Or Thor for that matter.

Whoever fought Surfer in the comics is irrelvant here, Surfer is always holding back and jobbing because of plot. Nobody is killing a PIS off Surfer here
 
Sephiroth, Superman and Xemnas can die too, 4-B SCP has enough adaptability and power to take them down.

Cal already explained why that doesn't matter here, Surfer never uses his full power against major villains and is always jobbing. Ultron's fight would not matter here since it's fight to death and PIS is off. Nobody here can kill a bloodlusted, PIS off Surfer
 
Not gonna lie, you guys are overestimating 682's ability to kill people who are not only on his level, but a hell of a lot more skilled, versatile, and haxxed. 682 isn't dying as usual, but he's never gonna get one over on Supes or Sephiroth due to being basic (other than that one use Black Hole thing)

Thing is there are only like 4 people who are 3D who can't tiebreak with 682 and it ending in their favor lol
