Yo Bambu. could perhaps give your clear-minded evaluation on this CRT where there is a high 6-A feat and a Low 5-B feat done by a character but Marvel refuses to allow any of this to be added to the profile based on 2 scenes where weaker characters managed to harm him to which I argued it was Plot-induced stupidity and therefore was an outlier but he is not convinced overall.

I have a question concerning speed.

There is a character capable of stopping time by moving at the speed of light and once he goes faster than light he can reverse time. ~~There is also a guide that states said character has the power to transcend time.~~ However this character has not gone to the future, should this character qualify for immeasurable speed, otherwise how may this character be indexed in your opinion?
