I’ve spent a good minute deep-diving into NieR and Drakengard, reading entire novels, translating some stuff, and even getting my hands on some guidebooks and such that I still need to translate but I haven’t seen any translation for online.
I started this blog for the salt giants. It is unfinished and needs more information added, along with polishing since it’s basically a draft. I haven’t even added the NieR: Re[In]carnation Salt Giant yet. But if you’d like to look at it, I have some info in there you may not know especially about the Queen Beast. Hopefully I can get this updated and maybe finished throughout the week.

Something less important I have on hand and also found today in the Drakengard 1 novel “Story Side”. The cyclops shoot “
beams of light” that Angelus reacts to and dodges. I believe they can do this in the game too.
I also have scans that call Gabriel’s beam a laser, although I don’t know exactly what the policy on lasers are on this forum.
With that all said, I found a ton I’ve put into a discord server and I’ve been actively working through, including hax, lore, scaling, etc. I’ve been spending a good chunk of time, and I’m not home at the moment so I don’t have direct access to a lot of it, but I felt the Queen Beast and Flower stuff was the most important thing to start out with in a discussion.
