The future of versus debating has arrived:

Dante vs Okarun, lol

"Dante versus Okarun reads as a hard-fought VS Battles debate with real counterplay, with Dante bringing no listed attack potency in this batch while Okarun is listed around Small Building level (Comparable to Serpo who can do this), up to at least Small Building level+, likely higher with Ful. Dante's no listed attack potency in this batch speed and conceptual manipulation, durability negation, fate manipulation, void manipulation, and existence erasure let them push their win condition through Devil Trigger, sword-and-gun pressure, and demonic regeneration, while Okarun answers with transformation and transformation-based escalation. Okarun can answer parts of the kit and makes the fight messy, but Dante keeps finding cleaner conversions as the rounds drag on. Because both profiles have usable answers, the fight stays active rather than instant, but Dante's listed toolkit has the more reliable finishing sequence. In the end, the VS Battles conclusion favors Dante."
Just tried this out of curiosity, it said Luffy stomps Beta Ray Bill but somehow loses to a normal Goomba... which it also said gets stomped by Beta Ray Bill.

Seriously though, I hate how generative AI is just shoehorned into everything for no f*cking reason other than to look good to shareholders, and because of that, RAM prices are going up, thousands of people are getting fired, thousands more are being manipulated into doing harmful things to themselves, human creativity is being undermined at its core, and it’s getting to a point where misinformation and lies are pushed more than the truth.

F*ck this man, f*ck this

Dante vs Giyu
This reads as a hard-fought battle: Giyu Tomioka brings At least Large Town level, likely higher (Comparable to Base Sanemi in sparring. Parried attacks from Akaza[Statistics V) output with Massively Hypersonic+ speed, while Dante answers with an unlisted attack potency showings and unlisted speed. Dante can pressure the fight through Devil Trigger-style pressure, especially with conceptual manipulation, durability negation, fate manipulation, and void manipulation, but those options struggle once Giyu Tomioka starts layering statistics amplification into the exchange. Once the battle moves past the opening trades, Giyu Tomioka's statistics amplification to widen the physical gap become the cleaner and more repeatable win condition. Because the outcome is marked as competitive, Dante forces real adaptation before falling, but the finishing sequence still comes down to Giyu Tomioka exploiting the gap with statistics amplification. Final verdict: Giyu Tomioka wins.

Hey thoughts on Ralsei vs Teddie(Persona 4)
I can kinda see where you're coming from: mascot-y party member from an RPG themed around interacting with the "shadows" of the real world who is also from the specific race who inhabits said "shadow world" and has a major theme of finding identity.
Though I'm not really sold on it. Ralsei's arc, at least from what we've seen so far, is the rejection of one's allotted role and a presumed search for a new path, while Teddie's is just a general search for an identity due to lacking one. Ralsei is also a soft boy who's starting to get more thorns in the more recent chapters, while Teddie is more of a Kon-type character. Also there's the fact that there's like a 50% chance he's not actually a true Darkner, but that's just speculation currently.
If you're gonna do Persona vs Deltarune, Kris vs Yu or Yuki would probably make more sense since Kris is meant to be a sort of subversion of that specific type of protagonist.

Tbh, Deltarune feels hella persona 4 coded
Persona/SMT in general is pretty clearly a heavy influence on Toby's works . Like Undertale only exists cause Toby thought SMT's Talking mechanics were cool.
Also the secret boss of Chapter 1 of Deltarune is just a Jack Frost OC.

I find it funny how that works considering Undertale and Deltarune are about showing mercy and making to your enemies while SMT your friends would slime you out for disagreeing with em

That one dude spamming "Question for Death Battle: why naming Death battle?, why not name HELL battle?" over and over in the chat is really lucky that he's not getting timed out or something
