Thats not what im using that scan as evidence for. That scan says theres infinite Paths, which are confirmed to be timelines in the anime, ergo there are infinite timelines.
Its not a fan translation, its directly copy pasted from the show.

Incorrect, Eren directly says in the anime that he was able to manipulate the events of the story, the only event he couldnt manipulate was the fixed point in time which was the Rumbling. Hell we even directly see those alternate timelines that he showed to Annie and Mikasa in the OVAs.
Why would it need to affect other universes? Infinite timelines exist, Eren as the founder exists above them. He's not 2-A/Low 1-C in power but you need to be able to reach that level in order to affect him.

I mean I kinda agree with @WeeklyBattles pitch for T2+ or 'haxed out the ass' Eren with the Paths, but AoT's final season is so poorly constructed, I personally file it all under plot-induced stupidity. So I couldn't really make a strong argument for it myself tbh.

He's not tier 2 but yeah the anime cleared it up a bit wit the midroll lore and ovas, and the guidebooks cemented it. Not sure how the cosmology would be PIS tho

That's exactly what they're telling you. Eren can't change the future, but you choose to believe that the only time in the manga where he does affect time and it doesn't change anything is that it's meant to be that way.
