5/10 everyone and their mom knew Ichigo was going to win - possibly a pity win after they downplayed Ichigo in Naruto vs Ichigo. Music was forgettable, animation was mid, and nothing really stood out.
Eh. Fine.
A meme matchup which was even a bigger stomp than Ichigo vs Reze. Seeing Midsaw Mans Fan chimp out was fun, but it didn't last long.

Honestly, as pointed above, I didn't really care that he used AI to create the music. It doesn't take away from the sheer, immense amount of effort he put into the animation itself. Not to mention that I can respect the fact he was very upfront with using it instead of keeping it a secret.
Plus, even noted in the original video's description, I'm pretty sure that Hyou's past videos have been hit with copyright claims for using copyrighted music so I can understand why he'd want to use something that ensures that doesn't happen again.

Eren unironically wins that matchup, Ken has no way to kill him, you need the ability to access higher dimensions or ignore causality manipulation in order to actually kill Eren
Plus Eren being in the town to city level range and having sun-level heat means Ken's only real advantage is speed

Yeah, if Eren has the Founding/Doomsday Titan, he sorta just exists in a highr-dimensional plane. In AoT there exists the World of the Paths, a higher dimensional plane that the infinite timelines of the AoT multiverse flow through (yes its a multiverse, Paths are confirmed to be timelines in the OVA and the anime confirms that there are an infinite number of Paths). The space of the normal world is meaningless in the World of the Paths, with people within the realm being able to instantly travel anywhere in the world while there, as well as time being completely irrelevant, with the past, present, and future happening simultaneously and the passing of time being both eternal and instant. Eren as the Coordinate exists naturally in this realm, his body physically absent from the Doomsday Titan as he puppets his Titan body from The World of the Paths through a mix of the Warhammer and Founding Titan's powers. They had to sever Eren's connection to Zeke so he would be shunted back into a physical body before they could even start trying to kill him.
Ken kinda just...cant. He doesnt have anything that would let him do that.

I remember at the time that people were mostly just wanting an indie success story to carry on the legacy of a great animator (not writer) who died way too young. Potential and scrappiness and such. It doesn't seem that many later hopped on the train after it soon became clear that it was going to spin its wheels so much, but I'm guessing for them it was just general lesser-shonen standards and curiosity. And what Weekly said.
Can't blame him, copyright bots are rough and kill channels long after initially ok-ing the videos before getting you all at once. Even images of art (as in part of some franchise IP but even also vintage classical paintings and beyond) will sometimes get copyright-nuked, something for even uncopyrighted-music uploaders to be wary of. I might have tried contacting musicians for scoring first, but that's likely to be very expensive -- seriously, even commissioning individual short songs can burn an amateur creator's wallet -- and perhaps even more difficult to integrate into the whole to a beat-by-beat basis with as much specificity as he did.
