2. So both Elemental intangibility Type 8 & Non-Physical Intangibility include energy-based being?

Yeah but Lusamine doesn't get it, game scaling doesn't have any way to scale her, neither does the animal and if anything it has feats against it with necrozma being one-shot by a meteor at its peak, Manga scaling hahad her get her ass kicked by necrozma, and her rank in masters is well below the people with creation trio avatars on their team

To be honest box art legendaries should be similarly powerful due to comparable base stats in-game, but the series has never justified that with its lore so we end up having weird scenarios where Groudon can theoretically fight Dialga or Palkia but there's no showings of that in the series, unfortunately

I mean, eve if you use that logic, Necrozma wouldnt have a way to put Ragyo down either way, because in order to kill Ragyo you have to wipe out all traces of Life Fibers from the entire infinite multiverse in the past, present, and future, otherwise she will just keep regenerating. Necrozma's best feat of destruction comes from a universal scale, its never shown the range to be able to attack other universes or attack through time before, and thats not even taking into account Ragyo also having causality manipulation that can just rewrite time to undo her own death.
