DEATH BATTLE! Discussion Thread (All-time Death Battle Spoilers Alert)

Although there was a reactor channel that didnt think Bardock was winning that, mainly cuz by how Death Battle presented it to them, Bardock was a lot of can do this and that via hypotheticals, while Omniman had more concrete stuff

Star level invincible is just a bad case of vs brain rot where nothing really backs it up in the story esp when Mark and thragg got ****** in a star

Nolan s1 Portrayal prob helped in that mindset because if we go by now nothing comes close to it barring thragg

Fair enough that true ,every series is guilty of this howevermy issue is Invincible is more guilty given its mainly more restricted by the narrative of the verse and lack of proper feats for lesser characters that make hard to buy beyond planet.

Tho that's mainly due to the fact Kirkman fail one important rule

Yeah Star level Invincible needs you to squint really hard to make it even halfway feasable, planetary to large planetary is fine, maybe dwarf star level if you really wanna push it with some leeway. And even then with the way they portray these feats it's no surprise a lot of people have a hard time seeing the top tiers being planet level as compared to moon level or even multi-continent level.

So basically, Jokes was scaled to 7D+, Sonic at 7D, and Bayonetta at 6D. Bayonetta was considered to have the better finite speed ends tho, and I think they tied in Immeasurable speed ends.


Joker won on first place, by outscaling and outhaxing. Sonic Win Second place after a extreme diff against Bayonetta.

As the others pointed and myself tier 4 Invincible aint a thing, but the argument of "heat of a star can kill them" isnt a good argument, Goku in DBS also says he dies he went in lava and bulma made a suit for him, despite having cosmic feats, we not gonna say Goku is below a volcano power for that

Viltrum busting feat was also having the issue with the core of the planet burning them, might as well use that for saying they arent tier 5 either

The blog did say it was a 51-49 case for Sonic, he barelly edges out.
It seems because have a waaaay larger arsenal (he was given literally everthing he ever had in all games) and "better" time hax, he barelly scrap out a win, but it could go either way according to the blog
