A lot of stuff is missing (calc-wise) and probably Price gonna scale. If I weren't a procrastinator par excellence, I would have released it last year, and now I find myself in the horrible situation of analyzing every intelligence feat of Richtofen.

I know people don’t like hearing this, but they basically are. Batman has armors that are objectively Herald level and The Joker has weapons that can harm Heralds, even though he physically doesn’t scale that high. Whether that be Joker Venom, the Endgame Virus, or—Apparently—An Nth Metal Mech.
People just would rather consider Bats and Joker fodder until they’re blue in the face. Bruce has literally been demonstrated to (in a near future) harness pure creation (Tenth Metal) in a feat beyond literally anyone intellectually (allegedly, the World Forger was buttering up Batman when he said it), and then throttled the League in the Final Batsuit.
It literally happened on panel.
And people are still acting as if Bruce would be…(Checks Notes)…an absolute idiot who doesn’t use any of his standard gear, literally built into the Batsuit, (which has intergalactic collections of data to run diagnostics down to a cellular level), that uber stomps Spider-Man while Peter utilizes his “potential to be top tier intelligence” (objectively isn’t that tier because he allows his responsibility to quell his own intellectual potential, repeated for several narratives), to outsmart Bruce and instantly oneshot (almost never uses this strategy).
For some reason?

Are you accounting for the fact that each Richtofen is probably intellectually as smart as each other, and thus the intelligence of each Richtofen probably scales to each other?

Its less intelligence and more his Spidey-Sense is just too cracked. Not only should Pete just stat check Bruce on a regular basis, pairing that with precognition to recognize whatever threat Bruce might pull out will just outright swing the favor into Peter's favor.
And like, im pretty sure DB still has Spider-Man beating Bats, going by Batgirl vs Ghost-Spider, which is the same fight but on a lower scale.

The problem is that Bruce’s suit (and himself, really) is simply far too capable.
For instance, Bruce has an instantly Summonable Magic Batsuit that gives him Superman Level stats.
Bruce’s Earthquake Gauntlets are capable of harming Apex Lex, (Lex AMPED by the Still Force). For further contextualization, while Clark shows no visible injury, these same Gauntlets at one point hit him so goddamn hard it briefly snapped him out of mind control and sent him flying.
Bruce has a ray gun just in the utility belt that with raw power alone one shot a Demon Amped Bizarro.
Peter isn’t tanking any of this shit.
Bruce’s EMPs can take out all of Arkham Island. Fairly important, since Spider-Sense is VULNERABLE to EMPs. Now, these are Bio-EMPs. Except Bruce has alluded to having EMPs that can affect the brain, and all the specification is that of specific radio frequencies for Spider-Sense. A radio frequency that has been found before, and is instantly detectable via brain scan. Otto himself has hijacked Spider-Sense’s frequency to profit off of this specificity. Bruce’s standard Batsuit scans down to the cellular level across the entire body, including their insides, (including DNA), and his tech should be as good as, if not better, than Nightwing’s, which can literally do exactly that (detect aberrant frequencies from the brain and hijack them), and reverse it on the user. The Batsuit also is shown to come equipped with essentially Omni-Spectrum vision, or detection on all frequencies of radiation.
Bruce would look at Peter, see the Spider-Sense—Either via literally seeing, because the suit detects the signal, or because Peter’s body snitches on him, and just know the game before Peter realized Bruce knows. Based on just how their shit works CANONICALLY. Then he could probably just mid-fight edit his stuff (which he does in many stories) to just neg it. And that’s assuming he does that instead of—I don’t know—Stomping Peter with the magic armor that allows him to do that.
Peter couldn’t actually ever win this set of parameters unless you restrict Batman’s gear to stuff you only see in TV and movies and reduce Batman’s actual mental ability to ignore what his intelligence and skills are capable of.

I mean, I dunno how “Batman canonically has the ability to use Reverse Magic and gain Superman stats” (and thus can make himself a tier far above Peter, so physically would stomp), is cap. Nor do I understand how weapons that legit harm above Pete’s weight class being considered options that neg him as falsehood. Nor do I think that weaknesses Peter canonically has (this weakness is the very reason he learned Way of the Spider, by the way), being exploited by a guy who can literally see and exploit it is a farce.Biggest Cap I've seen today

Mind you, Batman literally says upon using the Magic Batsuit, when the evil Supermen point out “Batman doesn’t use magic,” that “Batman does whatever he needs to win.”
So uh, the character himself disagrees.
Now, is it FAIR that Bruce has gotten an instantly summonable, standard equipment, herald level armor to just have on standby? No. Does this break narratives where he struggles with far less? Yes.
Does this change that objectively, in a Death Battle, Bruce literally can just instantly win (against Peter) whenever he wants? No.

I currently like the theory on Twitter that he subtle hand cracks he did before the Black Flash were him using Fuga to raise the temperature, since Gojo literally talks about him thinking those factors matter in landing a Black Flash. Yuji can’t actually land on command, but his control is so good he can just simulate the conditions of Black Flash, so it doesn’t matter.
