I think because of the cloud, sea, and island calculations (as well as a ton of assumptions i.e see WB earthquake calcs), he mentioned this on "locking the verse staff thread" (iirc he also had a calc where Crocodile got a 5-B feat by holding the rain on Alabasta for years).

Outside Spawn people may not even know other image characters, most people know Invincible via the show which also excludes other image characters, it will be other characters saved for extra bucks
