Than the Goku and Beerus from the remake wouldn't be 2-C. Normal Super Goku would still be that level.

TBF Ken does become a mindless beast as the Dragon while Eren maintains his humanity (which is very ironic if you know their character arcs lol)
Eren does have better feats of long-term planning and manipulation so him being smarter makes sense (the entire Rumbling plan.
However,Ken has better battle iq (combat strategy) feats which matter more

1. Its a touched up remaster. The universal shockwaves took up a large portion of the fight, removing them would cut out a lot of the fight.
2. Universal shockwaves existed in both the anime and manga. Its probably a thing that was in the original script, not just added by Toei/Toyo.
