Also not to say that episodes like Pokémon vs Digimon don't have good reasons to be upset with them. I get its Sean's canon event or something, and this thread has a lot of Digimon fans, but the master slave shit they try to push along with the cruel death, yeah I can understand why someone would watch that episode and have a bad taste in their mouth.
Despite Death Battle's best attempts in the GvS3 verdict to wash their hands of the impression they give off to their audience with the 'its just bashing action figures together' as if they arent the ones killing fictional characters, there are clearly times where there is a clear sentiment towards an episode that bleeds through the writing.
So like I didn't particularly enjoy seeing Ash and his Pokémon get turned to stone, or Red get beat up and his legs broken and vaporized, and I don't blame other people for not enjoying children dying, but again, I cannot stress this enough, this is a fanmade internet series and people treating this shit like they have money betting on it
